I called Computershare on the (free) dedicated number to field GameStop enquiries: + 800 3823 3823
The CS employe informed me of the transfering process. Let's take me for example. I have my shares with Revolut, which have shown that they are less than trustworthy for this saga. The steps would be the following:
- Instruct your broker (Drivewealth is the one for Revolut) to initiate the transfer of however many shares you want over to Computershare (should be whole, not fractional shares). Great posts regarding this below:

Receive confirmation from your broker that the shares have been transfered. CS takes 1-2 business days to set up your account.

Immediatly call + 800 3823 3823 (see above), let them know that you would like them to dispach your letter from the UK. That takes 5-10 business days.
That was it! That was the FIRST letter, your account is up and going. All in possibly under 10 days.
Next step is to sign up for the investor's centre. I can't offer much info here, but i'm sure fellow apes will chime in. This is the part where you pay $45 to expedite the SECOND letter (i believe it takes 3 days via courrier)
Edit: Expedited shipping regarding the FIRST letter from CS UK is valid for (i think almost if not all) all EU countries. Feel free to call them. Its free, and takes very little time. No navigation with automated messages.

Von meinem Festnetz habe ich dort zwar jemanden erreicht, aber nie gehört - irgendein Problem schien es zu geben. Drei Mal versucht, durchgestellt worden, nie jemanden gehört und frustriert aufgelegt.
Danach habe ich es vom Handy probiert und bin erst mal in den USA rausgekommen, statt in UK - das merkt man an der anderen Ansage auf dem Band (mit aktuellem Kurs) sowie der Abfrage der Account Nummer per Tastatur. Auch hier hatte ich kein Glück.
Zwei Tage gewartet und gestern vom Handy angerufen zu einer Zeit wo die Amis noch schlafen, endlich mit dem Handy in UK rausgekommen und auch jemanden gehört.
Mir wurde gesagt dass sie nur den ersten Brief aus UK schicken können, nicht aber den zweiten Brief. Ich könnte also entweder warten oder für 30 Dollar „eine Accountüberprüfung“ veranlassen die dazu führt dass am Ende der Verification Code per Mail zugesendet wird.
Habe den zugestimmt, alle Daten abgegeben und gleich ne Buchung aufs Konto erhalten.
Auf die Frage nach der Dauer sagte sie „normalerweise zwei Business-Days, aber zuletzt gäbe es so einen starken Anstieg bezüglich der Nachfrage nach dieser Leistung dass es jetzt bis zu 5 Business-Days dauert könnte“. Eine gute uns schlechte Nachricht in einem ;)

Hi! I'm a medical student based in Exeter, with previous degrees in Modern Languages and Psychology. I'm looking for penpals from all over the world. I would like to find someone to practise languages with (I speak German, Dutch, Spanish, French and Spanish, but am also currently learning Japanese) or just have nice conversations with. I grew up in Germany but have spent the past 11 years in the UK. Some of my interests include football (I have a Tottenham season ticket), reading, films, travelling.
Application was all online with documents uploaded online. So what do they mean application was dispatched to UK? Was the passport posted to UK? A lot of people here(Bangladesh) say passport are sent to Delhi. What would be the correct info if anyone knows?

From the evidence I have seen, the UK is BY FAR the most racist, anti Chinese English speaking country in the world by a long mile.

Hi! As title says. I was thinking about how fun penpalling (is this a verb?) was when I was younger, and would like to give it a go again.
A little about me: by day I work as a copywriter and proofread manuscripts from aspiring authors. By night I cry into my pillow at the meaninglessness of human existence.
Not really. I go out, read, have random adventures (not the impressive kind of adventure, I mean the kind that usually ends in finding a new teashop and eating cake), talk rubbish with my friends, read more, have existential crises at my frankly embarrassing inability to get past CAPTCHAs first try, cook things, make things, sew things, draw things, and just general pottering around and being happy. My sense of humour is British, my hobbies are varied, odd, and mostly useless; I'm a lover of the irrelevant and irreverent, and I can't be bothered with anyone who describes themselves as a grammar snob or stickler. I have a cat, no kids (although work as a part time/occasional foster carer and godmother and auntie to various niblets), and contentedly evolving into my final form as one of those velvet skirted village cat bag ladies who has things like Viking axes on the living room wall and cross-stitches sweary cameos for friends.
I'm assuming by this point I've managed to put off any men looking for a relationship, and ideally I would prefer to talk to other women and around my own age. However, I am open minded if you think we might get on. I'm looking for a no pressure platonic penpal relationship of maybe just posting random thoughts and things, a little about ourselves etc, and building up from there.
