A list of puns related to "Two Ronnies"
I am in tears at how funny these two are and how well most, if not all the jokes have held up. There's no awkward "Oh no, thats a no no in todays mordern society" like some from the era. My ribs hurt. Holy crap.
Edit: Yes. Four Candles
Edit: The did a minstrels thing. Nevermind. 95% Still good though.
anyone got this???? thanks in advance.
A bit of a lighthearted one tonight folks.
Our hotel is currently closed to the public and booked out to the government who are using it for the ARAP programme to rehome Afghans and their families (the ones who had been working with us over there). We're at half capacity now as most have gone and we've been having some trouble from the kids who are acting up (putting it mildly) but this one was OK.
I'd clocked on for night audit at 11 and was not particularly thrilled about another night of getting security to do some work (instead of arguing amongst themselves). About half an hour into my shift a young girl comes down to reception, she's about 7 and doesn't speak much English. She has an empty baby bottle and asks for me to fill it.
I take it and ask "with milk" and she wanders off so I assume she didn't understand. I pop behind the bar and fill it with milk, she then says "no" and is pointing to a jug of orange juice. I'm like "OK then", pour the milk out and wash the bottle. I fill it with juice and give it to her, she then hands me an empty plastic glass so I pour some juice in that for her, she says "no, milk".
I pour the juice away and fill it with milk while asking her does she want "Four Candles" with that...
Just another 6 hours to go :(

What is the best verse of Yela on theses collabs ?
I think for me, "Million Dollar Mullet" is fire! Yela snapped his verse, his flow and atittude are stronger!
Riff Raff is great to.
"Water Whippin Wizard" i dont like much cuz his verse is short
But Ronny J on tha prod, gave me excited for more Ronny J beats and Yela rapping!!!!
Do you expect more features of Riff Raff and Yela? MUDMOUTH?
As you can tell from the title, the headline addition for yesterday was the 25 films offered by the Film4 collection. These are as follows:
Besides the 25 arrivals from Film4, we also received a bonus in the form of 1949 comedy, Passport to Pimlico. While this could be dismissed as filler, the film does have surprisingly strong aggregate scores on review sites. Here is the official description:
>Classic comedy starring Stanley Holloway. The discovery of a long-lost treaty results in the residents of Pimlico declaring independence to avoid rationing and red-tape in post WWII London. 1949
On the television front, the big hitter this week was the original 1975 Survivors. a straggler from last week's batch of classic British sci-fi. Survivors is a BBC post-apocalyptic drama penned by Terry Nation which spanned for 38 episodes over 3 series. The concept was later reimagined for modern audiences in 2008, although that version was adapted from Nation's novelisation more than the original series. Here is the synopsis:
>Terry Nationβs eerily prophetic post-apocalyptic thriller set in 70s England. A group of survivors struggle to stay alive after a deadly pandemic known as "The Death" wipes out most of humanity.
Moving on to comedy, we have both series of Damned, which originally aired in 2016 on Channel 4. Both written by and starring Jo Brand, the sitcom is set in the office of a hospital's children's services department. As always, here is the official description:
>Jo Brand and Morwenna Banksβ wickedly dry comedy-drama set in an inner-city social services unit. Alan Davies stars as one of the overstretched social workers trying to navigate their complex caseloads and messy personal lives.
Finally, the spotlight moves to comedy programming of a more classic persuasion. The Two Ronnies Sketchbook stands as the last project that the iconic duo ever worked on together a
