Every now and then I come across an options contract that has the perfect combination of penny pricing, high volume, and an excellent macro situation for the underlying company.
Here are my missed plays because I was a scared little paper-handed bitch-

APHA missed 14 bagger - https://i.imgur.com/tXpJ0tB.jpg
Now here are the current options for VALE expiring 4/16 (with my current positions listed)- https://i.imgur.com/DpVVMYK.jpg
These 30 cent options have the potential to become $3++ with the macro situation going on with metals (and the TSLA partnership as a wild card cherry on top).
Why this feels the same to me- ICLN/APHA were both an obvious play when Biden won the presidency and everyone knew these stocks would rally the closer we got to the inauguration. STEEL stocks (and KMI with it's similar oil supply/demand situation) are also an obvious play with steel prices skyrocketing and Spring being the consensus among us as to when the stocks will really start to go parabolic. In spring people will look back and say damn we saw this coming just like the weed and clean energy traders now are saying damn we saw this coming.
I guess I just want to use this as an example of how STEEL HANDS can pay off. More importantly, it shows that you can literally wait for the DAY BEFORE expiration of the option to still have a 10-bagger on your hands.
Hold the line and buy the fucking dip.
I took a job at a local community college working in the computer lab as a network tech. I was way over-qualified, but I just went through a divorce, was neck deep in bills and, depressed as hell. So many things wrong with the way the lab was run, it made my professionalism ache, and my ocd was in therapy... but that is another story.
It was quite a mix of people that worked in the lab. For lab assistants(people who help with minor issues) there were two older indian women who were both ph.d's but their husbands didn't want them to work a real job /boggle; on a side note I loved talking with them, always had good conversation. A few students who were slightly more technical than the rest of the students, and a few retirees that worked at the front desk checking people in.
Now we come to the 3 interesting people I worked with: ox-boy, lushious, and two-bagger. Ox-boy was the skinny kid who was the self-proclaimed mac "expert" with this HUGE ring in his nasal septum--I always wanted to attach a line to his nose and lead him around like some little rice farmer walking the fields. Lushious was the other network tech I worked with, I deeply questioned her abilities. Though she excelled in one area...alcohol poisoning, she called in "sick" about every 10 day. How the blazes she kept her job was as big a mystery as the Voynich manuscript origin.
The star of this story is two bagger: two-bagger has the IQ of a 4 day old road kill armadillo, her face looks like she hit every branch falling down out of the ugly tree, and a vindictive venomous personality to match...the kicker is she had a ridiculous smoking hot body, which might explain why she was the campus bicyle.....maybe. Two-bagger is "senior lab assistant", and the only reason I could figure out why she was there is b/c my boss was some dirty old fat hippie that liked seeing her as she walked away, plus the way she always talked syrupy sweet to him. To be honest, I always wondered if her family tree had some gorgon in it....
I'm always kind to the lesser creatures that walk the earth, but two-bagger and I didn't get along from the start. She had been in the lab for years, and was never more than "senior" lab assistant. She was notably pissed off that I was hired in as a network tech right off the bat, when that was supposed to be "her" position.
