I mean there are lots of those entertaiment medias with the worn "Russian bad guy clichΓ©" so I ask myself what were western entertaiment products with an at least ok potray of the Russian people, Russian history or fictional Russian characters etc.

In 1992, I went to Disneyland and stayed at the Disneyland Hotel. On the TV, there was a slapstick Western scene that involved a group of people in a shootout. One of the specific parts I remember was a shot from above where people were diving into (and hiding behind) wooden barrels.
The movie (or TV show) was in color. It had a very Disney look and feel to it. Sort of like The Apple Dumpling Gang. If I had to guess, I'd say that it was filmed in the 1970s or 1980s. I've been looking for this since I was a kid and would be beyond impressed if someone identify it. Thanks!

I dont know if I hallucinate. Right now there is a tournament of a PGA golf in Hawaii on tv which me and my dad is watching. The commercial break stop over Sony with its playstation and TV which is pretty classic normal. Until there was a 10 second flash of game and media including panel of Asuna from SAO, LISA, and a picture of Miku Nakamura of Co Shu Nie, specifically her album picture from THE FIRST TAKE.

To put it in short;
- Western
- Set in the 19th century(1800-1899)
- Nothing old(Like Series from the 60s) so series from 2000+
- Good story, acting and scenery.
Series like: Hell on Wheels, 1883.

Since DWG KIA is such a new team, they don't have much of a western audience yet, so I've been taking some of their content that's only in Korean and adding English subs to it. This was a really great visit that had some fun interviews with the players. Working on a part 2 for the rest of the team!

I am not from western culture and have been noticing it for a few years now. Granted my culture is different from theirs but this seems weird to me to add politics or political issues wherever they can. I don't know about other western countries but as a fan of Hollywood, I've noticed it in a lot of their movies and shows. The most common platform that discusses political issues is Netflix (or at least in my experience).
