THE CASE
>On the 5 th & 12th days of March,2016, afore-named Committee & the corresponding persons therein ,did covertly & FRAUDULENTLY trade & transmit debate questions for a 'Democratic Party debate scheduled to be staged & broadcast on the CABLE NEWS NETWORK on March 13th, 2016. The debate questions were transferred from Donna Brazile's e-mail account to that of the Clinton campaigns ' Director of Communications, JENNIFER PALMIERI.
>Aforementioned Presidential debate was scheduled to be broadcast by CNN upon the day of March 13. Brazile perpetrated aforesaid activity covertly & in violation of contractual rules governing Democratic pty Presidential debates. This activity was commissioned in alliance with all other Dedendants to be named in this civil lawsuit.
>These actions were in violation of the CONTRACTUAL rights of the debators' opponent,as well as the CONTRACTUAL rights of the registered primary voters. Defendants did violate the CHARTER & BYLAWS OF THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY in re; Article S,Section 4,which states "in the conduct & management of affairs of the DNC,the Chairperson (Dft Debbie Wasserman , Schultz) shall exercise an Impartiality & even-handedness as between Presidential candidates & campaigns" .
>In fact, Defendant DNC & its "Chairperson",Defendants Schultz, NEVER exercised impartiality or even-handedness in this case. Defendants were clearly & obviously biased in favor of candidate-Defendant Clinton. Aforementioned deception was promulgated alongside Defendants Brazile & CNN, which, in essence, has acted as the De-Facto publicity arm of Defendant Clinton's Presidential campaign.
>Plaintiff wishes to call the Districts attention to a DNC "memo" dated May 26, 2015. In the memo, stipulation was made to "work through the DNC to utilize reporters". Plaintiff represents to the District that all

Okay, I've fought other bogus video claims before, but today I found a new manually detected copyright claim on a Rick and Morty video by Turner Broadcasting System Asia Pacific, Inc. - Hong Kong.
Now, the US has the copyright act with fair use and Asian countries have nothing like this, I've read. Does that give them any special rights or am I still protected under US laws? I've heard the Asian companies always deny the appeal, even if they don't own the material, and get you a strike. Any feedback on how to proceed with these theives or how I'm covered here?
Not that this is anything new or breaking news in any way but CNN and Turner Broadcasting System Inc. updated their "privacy" choke choke policy. Good thing it's only anonymous data these companies are collecting.

Basically, just trying to figure out how the broadcast schedule is determined. It seems odd to me that FOX only has one game, while CBS and NBC have two each. Also, I don't get why CBS has an NFC game? Does ESPN get first choice for who is the MNF game? Does NBC pick it's night game? I don't get how any of this works!
I've been trying to figure this out and cannot find an answer anywhere.
Do you guys remember when not cable tv was still a thing ? It might of been on cable also I donβt know but anyway, remember the test would come up with a big alarm saying itβs a test and if it were a real emergency instructions would follow or something like that.
So Iβm watching Netflix and Hulu or whatever else streaming service these days, gave up cable a while ago. How would I be notified if something crazy was happening ? Iβd assume my phone ? Like an amber alert type thing? Does anybody know ?
Fully enjoyable and with great insights. Both could have a career in broadcasting after their playing days.
Wish CJ was there as well
Specifically that one? I'm trying to find a good SDR that can see that range and also a solution to broadcast onto it. Would anyone be able to help a noobie out?
