A list of puns related to "Tom Sawyer Abroad"
Might be a bit of a weird request, but I love these kinds of books. While their more serious counterparts (Robinson Crusoe, Huckleberry Finn) are great, it's just so fun reading these.
Jules Verne's books seem like the obvious candidates, but from the couple I've read, I find them too dramatic (it seems like something goes wrong in every chapter just for the purpose of making conflict). I prefer a casual adventure/exploration tone, without having to worry about the actual logistics of everything involved, and without any drama.
Thanks!
Unfortunately she didn't want to Rush into a relationship.
Do I need to hand in my membership card? Iβve been listening to Rush since 1980 and Iβm tired of this being the song casual fans think of as being the definitive Rush song.
Kind of cool and unexpected to hear.
Is it just me?
Hi everyone.
In the last year I've been quite away from my smoking hobby, and I noticed the major reason is I'm not willing to spend 40-60 minutes to smoke a bowl or a cigar (because I don't have that much time).
I want to come back to pipe smoking, and I think the first step consists of buying a smaller pipe. I currently have only two pipes of a similar size, a briar one and a MM Legend. Yes, I could smoke half a bowl in them but that has never worked well for me.
Hence, I've done a little research and I've found a bunch of MM models that are supposed to give something between 15-20 minutes smoke. These are the MM Tom Sawyer, the MM Pony Express and the MM Huck Finn. They all have the exact same bowl sizes.
The one I like the most is the Tom Sawyer one, but I've noticed the bowl dimensions are not that different from the MM Legend I already have. My question is:
Is it really a 20 minutes smoke or does it feel just like your average MM Legend cob?
Thank you very much for your responses!
Love that the villain is called Farrokh Bulsara! Guess there were some Queen fans in the writer room!
That's it. I think it's such an underated episode. Everything from the funny scenes with Jeff, to the scenes where Ellie is being a protective sister. The scene when he gets his real diploma from Stanford is so big, I've always loved it. It feels like such a big step for Chuck. The sequence of him beating missle command is just so "Chuck". It's not the best episode of the series by any means, but I just wanted to appreciate for a bit.
