A list of puns related to "Tokugawa Yoshimune"
I believe Gaoh Mukaku is the head of the Worm and is using a form huisheng on Ryuki through not only raising him but also sending Worms to challenge him and level him up sort of speak to give him the same threats he experienced in the untamed Inside. I also believe that Ohma is the descendent of Tokugawa Yoshimune and that he held some superhuman sense/ability. Also a possibility is that Ryuki and Ohma are clones placed in different environments to test the effectiveness of nature vs nurture in creating the true tiger vessel. like The Boys from Brazil type shit lol

https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/860729875362611220/891932379982213140/unknown.png
Tokugawa Yoshimune, shown in very early Asura, chapter 6.5 if you wanna check, and he looks exactly like Ohma as you all can see : so either the descendant of Yoshimune is the original Ohma, or original Ohma is Yoshimune.
What if, Gaoh mukaku's ancenstor is Tokugawa Yoshimune from that extra chapter. Who is cryogenically Being kept in a not alive not Dead state and the worm is creating a perfect vessel for a brain transplant in that body. And that's why they needed Both the genes and the techniques. So the body is compatitable with using the techniques. And that's why ohma looks so much like that Guy.
That would also explain why the worm funded Bando and Kenzo for the brain research And all that. And that the worm could get DNA samples from Tokugawa Yoshimune "Frozen in time" body
You can see the Guy here from the extra chapter. He was the original kengan fighter basically.

With all the speculation going on about cloning and such, I thought this would be a good time to bring back up a crackpot theory that a friend and I came up with. I'd like to know what people think of it now that it has been revealed >!that Ohma and Ryuki are confirmed to be clones!<. I've made some updates to this theory, listed below, and eliminated the conclusions my friend and I drew that turned out to be false.
Theory starts here:
A friend of mine and I were discussing Qin Shi Huang's presence on the Shuumatsu no Valkyrie roster last week, and he randomly brought up the idea that the Worm might have been established by Qin Shi Huang in secret. We did some research on ancient Chinese medical practices, and we stumbled upon a blog post about what's known as the Day of Five Poisons (http://www.gracelinblog.com/2012/10/day-of-five-poisons-art-activity.html), which was observed on the fifth day of the fifth month, and was when villagers in ancient China were most vulnerable to poisonous animals, insects and diseases. In order to combat these, villagers would add a touch of poison from one of the five animals they considered poisonous. The Five Poisons, which, in this context, refer to five poisonous animals and not five toxins, usually include: snakes, scorpions, centipedes, toads, and spiders. Coincidentally (or maybe not), some of these are animals were also used in Gu rituals. Villagers also used circular charms with the Five Poisons engraved on them, and many show a tiger chasing one, several, or all five of the poisonous animals. Tigers were considered to be the strongest animals in the animal kingdom, and an interesting tidbit I found out is that in ancient Chinese paintings and drawings of tigers, the black marks on the tigers' foreheads often formed the character wang (็). As some keen-eyed people on this sub have pointed out, Ohma, Ryuki and Fei Wangfang all have this character in their names!!
Let's now look at Gu rituals. Gu rituals usually involved sealing some venomous creatures inside a jar and having them devour each other until there was only one animal left. The remaining animal would supposedly have the toxins of the other creatures concentrated inside it, making the toxin that much more potent. The Gu rituals in Kengan are selection processes which involve sealing candidates inside a room for a period of time and having them kill each other. The last
... keep reading on reddit โกHello everyone! I was just perusing the subreddit and got to thinking about the purposes of the Tiger's Vessel and wanted to summarize my thoughts on here.
-Fei reveals that Ohma has now become the Tiger's Vessel after Tiger Niko's pupils are now deceased.
-The Tiger's Vessel will be carry-on/passed down the entirety of the Niko-Style as Fei explains.
-Discussion between Fei and Ohma leads to the confirmation of Ohma being a clone. Fei realizes who Ohma is a clone of upon taking a closer look.
So we know that Ohma was inevitably the chosen one while all the rest of Tiger Niko's pupils were just test experiments. I assume that this is in regard to researching the capability of Divine Demon (Fallen Demon + Possessing Spirit), Guihun, and their usefulness.
So what does Tiger Niko plan on doing?
At first, I thought it had something to do with him practicing Huisheng (Ressurection) so that he could live on within Ohma. Having a body prepared with power-up techniques along with mastery of the Niko-Style seems like a good deal. This made sense, referring back to chapter 128 with the discussion between Eddy and Tiger Niko, where he wanted Eddy to teach him Guihun, but not for his own use. It was for teaching his underlings. It's already been noted that Tiger Niko works with the Worm, and is not a part of them, hence the existence of the Niko Faction.
Although, is the Tiger Vessel really the one that is just inheriting the Niko-Style in its entirety?
With the most recent reveal from chapter 128, we find out that Ohma is a clone and that it all makes sense now, which Fei stated prior to dying. Rumors speculate that Ohma is the clone of Shinnosuke (Tokugawa Yoshimune) The lord of the Ki Fief that participated in the very first Kengan matches. The rumors led me to speculate on another theory... That Shinnosuke may be "Yan" the head of the worm decided to clone himself so that he could perform Huisheng on Ohma and continue to live on.
More questions arise from this theory.
How long is the Huisheng process?
If Ohma is the clone of Shinnosuke, why would he want to live on? This is just my opinion, but
Ohma is a straightforward, no BS, easy-going type of guy. So why would Shinnosuke, the
original, create the Worm that has already presented itself as an evil presence within the Kengan
verse?
I know that the Masaki's were both alive when Huisheng occurred since we see a flashback panel to Meguro and Hayami sparring. So we know that Huishe

Niko and Ohma look alike. This means that Niko could be a clone, too. Niko has not been stated to have any relatives.
Other Niko's students all were failures.
This means that Ohma's Niko was the one who taught the "True Niko Style", since Ohma is the only user of the Niko Style left. Lu Tian failed, Kanoh escaped, Fei failed, and Kiryu failed. All of these were Other Niko's students; perhaps Other Niko wanted to "usurp" Ohma Niko's Tiger Vessel position, and that's why Other Niko used Kiryu to attack Ohma's Niko. It would also explain why Other Niko is so desperate to "evolve" the Niko Style, because he wants to find a martial art which can combat Ohma Niko's "True Niko Style".
For some reason, it SEEMS(and has not been confirmed iirc) like there can only be one Tiger Vessel. This could be a secondary reason as to why it was said that most Nikos died in the woods; DemonsBane was a test to both confirm the new master of the Niko Style and who was next to inherit the title, "Tiger's Vessel".
What's the point of a TV? It must be related to cloning, immortality, and "Yan". Perhaps Yan himself is a descendent of Tokugawa Yoshimune; the first Kengan match victor. "Yan" might be a codename for all we know.
Don't take this too seriously lol, I know that my theory is full of holes and doesn't have concrete evidence. Like how Gaoh Mukaku isn't a Niko. I am just throwing shit at the wall to see what sticks, because theorizing is fun. Do you guys have any theories relating to the Tiger's Vessel and/or Kengan's timeline/lore?
Ch.3: First Battle
โ Exposition
After being exiled from his own home, Tatsuoki Saitล travelled west and followed his loyal retainers to Ise. After nearly reaching their destination, Tatsuoki's generals convinced him to stay at a nearby temple while they arranged accomodations at the Hogan Temple.
While impatiently awaiting his retainers' return, he came across a ronin and a mercenary who questioned what clan he served. After clearing up that he was neither a spy nor retainer of the Miyoshi clan, the two men introduce themselves as Masanobu Honda, a former retainer of the Tokugawa, and Magoichi Saika, the leader of the Saika Mercenaries.
They both planned to rendezvous with their employer not too far from the temple and bid him farewell. However, as they were leaving, Tatsuoki volunteered to join them to prove he could win a battle without any help from loyal followers.
Upon arriving, they were greeted by Hisahide Matsunaga and tasked with defending Yoshitsugu Miyoshi from his top senior generals known as the Miyoshi Triumvirate. Although he noted Yoshitsugu's situation was similar to his own, Tatsuoki showed little interest in the young lords troubles and was more eager build up his reputation without the help of his followers, proving to the land he was neither as weak nor incompetent as others may have thought.

I don't want to step on anybody's toes here, but the amount of non-dad jokes here in this subreddit really annoys me. First of all, dad jokes CAN be NSFW, it clearly says so in the sub rules. Secondly, it doesn't automatically make it a dad joke if it's from a conversation between you and your child. Most importantly, the jokes that your CHILDREN tell YOU are not dad jokes. The point of a dad joke is that it's so cheesy only a dad who's trying to be funny would make such a joke. That's it. They are stupid plays on words, lame puns and so on. There has to be a clever pun or wordplay for it to be considered a dad joke.
Again, to all the fellow dads, I apologise if I'm sounding too harsh. But I just needed to get it off my chest.

If it needs a NSFW tag it's not a dad joke. There should just be a NSFW puns subreddit for that.
