I am curious to get everyone's thoughts on the product offerings, customer service, brand/reputation, pricing, etc. of CCH and Thomson Reuters. Having experienced both, I prefer Thomson over CCH in general. They seem to be less expensive (I don't know first-hand though), their products integrate better with each other, and customer service is leaps and bounds better. Also I think their research tools and learning catalogues are more in depth, but I do not have much experience with CCH on this, so I may be off base. I would love to hear others' thoughts on the two.

This is a stacked team.
