I'm not 100% caught up on the lore so I don't know a ton, but what happens to Bell after he sends the message back in time? Is it left open-ended? As far as I know, both of the first 2 albums are from Bell's POV but I could be totally wrong about that. I just really wanna know what happens to Bell and can't seem to find an answer.

###1st half of 7th Month, 131 AC
As Ser Domeric Manderly waited for the castle gates to open, he watched the snow billowing in the air. It was just as Ben had told him after uncle Des dismissed them last night; he'd be freezing his arse off in the cold while Ben got to enjoy the warmth of Mya's bed.
But his twin never squandered an opportunity to prickle him, for such were the woes of being the younger brother - "Only an hour, for mother was loathe to part with me," Ben liked to claim - and so Domeric endure them.
Even so, as one of the fur-clad guardsmen waved him through the gates of the New Castle, he could not help but wish that his lord uncle had charged Ben with this mission instead of him. Domeric steered his palfrey forward, its hooves click-clacking against pale stone as he descended the Castle Stair. "With my sons delivering good men and horses to avenge the good Queen, and Theomore gone with Lord Stark, you're the oldest able-bodied Manderly to speak with the Braavosi," uncle Desmond had told him.
When Domeric had asked why Desmond couldn't visit himself, or his own father, who was most certainly older than him, his uncle had simply plucked a grape from his bowl and told him that "A Lord does not go to his servants for help, and Meldred is too busy seeing to the city's defenses together with Ser Clayton besides, no, it must be you. Summon master Rodrik to my hall too many times like some lapdog, and I'll risk his ire. I will not have a wroth man carry out such important work, do you understand?"
He didn't, but he did know to not argue with his uncle further. The Lord of White Harbor might've gained stones in the last two years, but he was still the man who'd ridden to Harrenhal all those years ago, and who'd negotiated a betrothal with the Prince.
Of course, the boy in question was dead now, as were his full-blooded brothers, and a letter had arrived in the dead of night to announce that the war was supposedly over. Lord Cregan had arrived in King's Landing, together with Theo, and Medrick & Torrhen had joined them days later. Supposedly, Aegon the Elder was dead, but it made little matter to his lord-uncle, who'd said that words were wind, but that good ships thrived in the wind.
Well, Domeric was certainly no ship, shuddering as he rode down the remainder of the Castle Stair and past the Wolf's Den, looming dark over the harbour as watchmen huddled by fires upon its battlements. Until his family returned, Lord Mande
