From both Jay's album commentary on Twitter as well as comments made by Clown during his appearance on Metal Talks, it's been made clear that Orphan was one of the earliest songs to be recorded for WANYK, while Solway Firth was one of the last. After listening to the entire album numerous times, there are actually very noticeable differences in Corey's vocals on Orphan, in comparison to Solway Firth, especially in regards to raw power and technique. In Orphan Corey's vocals sound eerily familiar, bearing a striking resemblance to those on .5 in terms of style, power, and pitch, which actually makes sense since it was probably recorded in late 2015-2016 when Corey was still very much used to using his .5 scream. This is in direct contrast to Solway Firth, which was tracked near the end of the recording sessions and features the much more refined, viscous, and guttural scream that can be heard throughout the rest of the album (maybe even a little bit heavier). When hearing the tracks side by side, it is very easy to notice how different Corey's screams are on each of them, almost giving us insight into how his vocal style evolved throughout the WANYK recording process. This is of course, just a loose theory based off of the minimal information we were given. Let me know what you guys think.
Showing my friend the clip, cant find it but basically he blocks two people, one into the other while falling, pretty sure it was in the preseason. definitely in the preseason though ty.
I mean, the community has been out of sorts for weeks, and reached a fever pitch this weekend. At no point did moderators step in to try and put an ease to the flame wars, repetitive threads, and personal insults.
And now theyβve got a collab with actual talent from WWE and the thread is unusable due to trolling and troll comments getting upvoted past legitimate questions.
Ya hate to see it, but I canβt see what the moderators of this community expected to happen when theyβve let the sub devolve into a disaster zone.
We get it dickhead, you're the heel commentator, how overboard do you need to go? It used to be that the heel commentator would just praise the bad guys for being smart when they're being dastardly and make snide remarks.
Corey for some reason needs to take like 10 seconds at a time complaining that "Why is it when a babyface does it, it's okay (other commentator)?" and just whine the entire time. I used to like his commentary when he started, but somewhere down the line he started liking the sound of his own voice to the point where he needs to down talk everyone else.
