Family visits to Summit Bechtel Reserve?
Can anyone tell me about day passes to the Summit Bechtel Reserve for a family? The people in question are Scouts/Scouters, so there could be some "cover" there. :7)
Are day passes even offered outside of specific big events? Can a family camp overnight at the Reserve?

Working at the Summit Bechtel Reserve as River Trek Staff
I have been extended an offer to work in 2019 at SBR as a guide for their kayak floats down the New River. I'm inclined to accept, but would prefer to first talk with someone who's held that job. If there's no one who browses this sub who knows anything about it, does anyone know of a former staff discussion group for SBR on Facebook or elsewhere?

I am seasonal staff member of the Summit Bechtel Reserve AMA!
I don't think they do ama's here but I think this would be a fun way of promoting SBR. I worked as a camp commissioner this last year at the inaugural season of the James C. Justice National Scout Camp. I am very well informed about the whole camp and all it has to offer. Any questions or comments, I will probably answer.

Tomorrow my Tiger and I go to our first Cub Scout resident summer camp together at Beaumont Scout Reservation in High Ridge, MO and we couldnβt be more excited! Beaumont is the first place I went camping 27 years ago as a tiger scout with my dad so we are continuing the family tradition this week.
