9th Day of the 1st Month
"So?" Ben asked as they approached the Nightingale Inn. Unella rode beside him, her eyes downcast. The carriage she had taken with her had long ago been trashed into a pond. Although she saw some use out of it, the wheelhouse was much too ornate and conspicuous to keep with them. That meant for most of the ride, their prize was on the back of her horse. It was as if she could feel it there.
"Hey!" Ben called out again, louder this time. Unella's eyes shot up to him. "What?" She grunted. Surprised, Ben asked, "What are you gonna do with it?"
"Store it with the Nest," Unella said quietly. "They've kept their heads lower than the usual cause of the war and such but they still have the same resources as before. Among them being secure storage. We won't really need the gold bu-"
"We won't?" Ben interrupted, bewildered. "And why the bloody hell not?"
"Because if we suddenly start throwing our weight around, we'll draw attention. Then, what do you think will happen?" Unella snapped the reins on her horse and galloped harder towards the inn. Once she was at the stable, Unella dropped down and handed it off to the stablehand. She collected her things, including the large bag of gold, and proceeded to head to the back of the inn. There, she made the signal for her contact and waited there with Ben. It took longer than usual but when the man arrived, she handed him the bag except for a handful of coins. There was an agreement between the two, one unspoken but more secure than words could have made it. Afterward, the man departed and Unella gestured to Ben for them to go inside.
Once they got a table, Unella noticed many eyes on the two of them. However, after a little while, they all went back to the other members of the hall. Unella bought drinks and food for her and Ben, being careful to use the smaller coins she'd had on her before taking the job. However, when the tavern maid arrived, Unella couldn't help herself from asking about the rumors of the kidnapped trout. When the maid told her that it was old god fanatics, Unella sighed in satisfaction. Yet, Unella also added that she had heard the true culprits were Targaryen's who wanted the Princess Jaehaera as Lady of Riverrun sooner rather than later. Those around her turned their heads to inquire further and Unella made up enough to make it somewhat believable. Eventually, they all moved onto the next exciting thing. That left Unella and Ben to their own quiet corner

I keep rewatching the Norm Powell steal and dunk from his rookie year and the crowd is deafening. I really hope those in attendance come with that same level of energy and passion today!
Letβs get this W!!
As someone who thought THE BABADOOK was alright but incredibly overrated, and as Adam feels the same, this new film blew me the fuck away. It is a major improvement in every single aspect, and the lead performance is absolutely phenomenal, and it is incredibly well-shot. It is absolutely fucking brutal and disturbing, and it is not a horror film, but definitely has those elements. I would love to hear your thoughts on it, and I think you would really enjoy it.
βAbout 32,β is the reply.β
βNope! Iβm exactly 50,β the woman says happily.
A little while later she goes into McDonaldβs and asks the counter girl the very same question.
The girl replies, βIβd guess about 29.β The woman replies with a big smile, βNope, Iβm 50.β
Now sheβs feeling really good about herself. She stops at a candy shop on her way down the street.
She goes up to the counter to get some mints and asks the assistant the same burning question.
The clerk responds, βOh, Iβd say 30.β
Again she proudly responds, βIβm 50, but thank you!β
While waiting for the bus to go home, she asks an old man waiting next to her the same question.
He replies, βLady, Iβm 78 and my eyesight is going. Although, when I was young there was a sure-fire way to tell how old a woman was. It sounds very forward, but it requires you to let me put my hands under your bra Then, and only then I can tell you EXACTLY how old you are.β
They wait in silence on the empty street until her curiosity gets the better of her. She finally blurts out, βWhat the hell, go ahead.β
He slips both of his hands under her blouse and begins to feel around very slowly and carefully. He bounces and weighs each breast and he gently pinches each nipple. He pushes her breasts together and rubs them against each other.
After a couple of minutes of this, she says, βOkay, okay.....How old am I?β
He completes one last squeeze of her breasts, removes his hands, and says, βMadam, you are 50.β
Stunned and amazed, the woman says, βThat was incredible, how could you tell?β
βI've read your story on r/jokes about 6 times by now'.

Their party headed east; having already past the Stony Sept and were within sight of the Nightingale Inn where they were meeting her father and his men. As she rode Raven her thoughts turned to what her grandmother had said about her not having a second chance, the weight of her words were troubling.
As if on cue; Patricia leaned her head out of the carriage and said βSamantha, donβt slouch in your saddle.β Correcting her posture she looked over at the carriage with a smile and nodded. Eriana checked her own posture as a reflex; Patricia was a woman that she would not want to anger.
Samantha and the men on horseback had reached the inn first and dismounted; handing their horses over to the stable hands. Samantha said goodbye to Raven and gathered with the house guards awaiting the wheelhouse with Lady Patricia and her handmaidens as well as Eriana. Once the party was gathered they entered; the captain of the Westerling guard spoke to the innkeep and was assured there were rooms for all parties.
Lady Patricia and Samantha headed to the main room of the tavern while Eriana and the other handmaidens went to prepare the rooms, the guards would take care of the trunks. The two women found a table and sat. The barkeep headed over and asked what they wanted; Lady Patricia ordered two mugs of ale and whatever the dish was for the day. The barkeep nodded and went to pour their ale.
As Samantha waited for her ale she looked around the tavern; there were a few people sitting having their ale and having a meal. She saw the sigil of Riverrun and many that she could not remember from her lessons. Praying to the Gods she hoped that her grandmother would not take this time to test her.
In my opinion the reason both new bots seem like a flop is that they offer nothing new or unique. Ravanaβs fancy PS with Haechi-like behavior or Nightingaleβs repair + Rayker-like suppression are far from the Leechβs unique disruptive ability or Ao Junβs high damage DOT flamethrower.
New bots did not bring any new behavior into the game, and Cerberus is not expected to do that either.
I just added a second PC to my network. Iβd like to play Destiny 2 with my kids.
It has worked roughly 75% of the time. But other times I get general errors on the new PC, unspecified latency, etc.
Today, the new PC is getting nightingale errors that I cannot resolve. βFailed to download configuration files from Bungie serversβ.
FWIW, the original PC has no issues at all.
Router is an Asus RT-AC66U. UPnP is enabled on both the router and the new PC.
Troubleshooting so far: Rebooting everything multiple times. Reinstalling the game on PC2 Clearing the Steam Downloads cache and rebooting
Iβm open to all kinds of ideas. I suspect network issues because PC1 is still rock solid and has no issues.
