A list of puns related to "The Infernal Devices"
I absolutely love TID. I love all the characters, the age itβs set in, and the fact that itβs in Britain. I love how itβs (I think) in the Victorian Age, has romance, has action, and has some badass main/side characters.
Any other books/series that I would enjoy as much as TID?
Hi,
I just finished Infernal devices and I said I would update you all. First things first I wont lie I'm devastated by them leaving Hester behind, I can't believe she would just run and I can't believe Tom would just leave her and not chase. I'm even more hurt by the fact that Hester very much just dislikes her kid. Just a lot of hurt in the end of this book. I mean if i'm glad of one thing it's that Wren is okay, I really enjoyed her character and I feel like she really does fit as Tom and Hester's Daughter. I feel like she ended up getting Tom's kindness and Hester's smarts.
The plot twist of Shrike being the weapon and Cynthia being the spy was very shocking. I am very happy Shrike is back and I'm also happy he was reunited with Hester and has all his memories back, I am excited to see how they react to each other in the next book.
Speaking of the next book, I really hope that Tom tries to find Hester, he seems like the type of person who would after some healing time still would want to reunite with her. I'm just frightened about how this series is going to end.
I'd love to hear all your thoughts about the fourth book as well!
Riot released three beautiful skins for three champions that dont really get a skin about every single day.
Normally, threads pop up every hour complaining that the same champs (lux, kaisa, ezreal, etc.) are getting skins every month. But we finally get a bunch of skins for champions that dont really get that many skins, and I don't see too many threads about it.
That's all, just a little rant cause riot actually does care sometimes despite the rampant hate threads.
TD;DR: I've seen and heard about how Jhin makes the best use of Infernals, including on LCS streams. This is just false; in fact one may argue that Jhin makes one of the worst use of Infernals out of ADCs.
> Jhin has the best scaling with Infernal Drakes
I heard this comment on the LCS cast today, and it got me thinking. Surely that wasn't the case, even if it's multiplicative with his passive it would be 8% (same as any other character) at best. More likely it's additive and worse on Jhin than any other ADC. Researching where this idea comes from lead me to a post made some two years ago, where it has already been edited to fix this, but none-the-less the misconception persists. I ended up doing some of my own testing to verify the behavior, and I've included some of the data collected below.
Jhin's benefit from Infernal Drake is actually additive with his passive. This means that if your passive is giving you 100% bonus AD, an Infernal Drake will add to this making it a 108% bonus. If you had 100 AD before this bonus, then pre-infernal you will have 200 AD which gets boosted to 208 with the Infernal buff. It's not unreasonable for a full-build Jhin to have 100% or more multiplier on his passive, so a late-game Jhin is really getting less than 4% total AD benefit per Infernal. The relative damage buff will be even less when accounting for spell base damage (especially Curtain Call).
Compared to other ADC, except perhaps heavily on-hit effect dependent ones, Jhin's relative damage benefit will be significantly worse on Infernals.
Edit2: Pruned the data a bit for readability (fewer decimals, removed some columns)
This is what a full build Jhin may look like with 2 Infernals...

I did a mini Infernale Syndra who makes cute fireballs ! :3
Not my usual art style but I think they look super duper cute together, don't you?

People on this sub often argue about it.
Some people say that they understand 40k perfectly -- they are wrong.
Some people say that things written in 40k codices are clear truth which explains everything -- they are wrong.
Some people say that the inconsistency of 40k is just bad writing and/or incoordination of multiple writers -- they are wrong.
Enjoy.

The bot is still in development, and any suggestions from the community would be appreciated.
Some things I'm considering right now:
I watched the departed 3 years ago and it kinda blew me away especially Leo's death and the ending were phenomenal. Fast forward to yesterday and i watched the original film infernal affairs and i gotta say the departed is still kind of better imo. Of course i see the original's appeal and i actually believe that the writing of infernal is some of the best written scripts I've ever witnessed but the way the film destroys its best moments by making everything too melodramatic is just blasphemy. I'm not saying that departed is perfect because the whole therapist character mixed with the wife is extremely bad. Infernal had a bad director but one of the best scripts of all time while the departed had a ok script with a great director. Thats why I believe that the departed is kinda better than infernal.

Annaig, Attrebus, Colin, Mere-Glim, Sul, and Mazgar would be great to have art for. Umbriel would also be a unique sight for a support.

As you can see the sword's color matches the chroma's color

This is because when an infernal is up the game feels more stressful and my bot doesn't understand getting ganked means we lose drake.
This month's "Infernal Tutoring" article is now live, featuring special guest ALLEN YEE (ROCKMAN000)! Check it out, and let me know what plays you would have made in our three latest scenarios.

The pictures, names, and descriptions of the demons are eerie to say the least (even if some of the drawings are a bit goofy-looking). I'm a God-fearing lady, so needless to say reading this did put me on edge a little bit, but it was too weird and strangely detailed not to investigate. Religious or not, it's definitely a unique read.
