A list of puns related to "The Hon Company"
There must be many players here who migrated from HoN to Dota, and now that HoN is officially dead do you guys think it would be possible to see valve buying the patent from S2Games to use some of the heroes, announcers ( The one from Samuel L Jackson was really good) and maybe some items too.
I think that Dota would benefit greatly by absorbing part of HoN's content.
What do you guys think?
This was stated in context of debating an amendment to remove C-71 clause 16, the line that repeals cabinet's ability to prescribe firearms as non-restricted. I seem to recall (but can't recall the source) that the Liberals also made quite a fuss about taking classification decisions away from politicians in the run up to the election and in proposing C-71. If they do pass an OIC prohibition or restriction of certain firearms, it would seem to be exactly what they've stated they don't like.
Hi, starting my first OU course (named in the title) and was wondering if anyone else is doing this course on here :)

I know motherfucking Samuel L. Jackson and Jon St. John did announcer packs.
Leonary Nimoy did grandfather Chronos.
Aluna is a comic book character created by Paula Garces.
I haven't opened the game in a long time but I can't remember. If there's a list for all of them I'd appreciate it. I'm doing it for a project.
Thanks mates.
EDIT: S2Maliken for not giving a fuck.
The better fast and the furious star Vin Diesel.
TotalBiscuit did the voice for SteamPunk Corrupted Disciple.
Simon Clark from Yogscast did the voice for Professor Repulsor skin.
Disclaimer: No, HoN isn't dead but it's absolutely impossible to refute that the population has been on a very strong decline and the amount of left, per each region, has fallen to so low that the devs refuse to even disclose it anymore. It's nearing critical.
I want to discuss the reason WHY, instead. I truly think that HoN is the superior game AND was right on it's time to be the front runner for all MOBA
##1. It was doomed from the start. Honestly, HoN despite having more content, faster action pace and more skilful risk/reward oriented game it was lost from the beginning since it catered to two audiences:
Former DOTA players who were bound to be unloyal and leave because they would blame S2 on everything and "HoN dies once DOTA2 comes out" became almost a fulfilling meme. The game didn't die, but the competitive scene sure did.
New players to new genre. But MOBAs are hard. This is what makes it so interesting. I remember when HoN was in closed beta (free) and I absolutely got hooked to it (in fact I got so hooked that this became the first game I ever bought), despite all the flaming. Eventually, I actually started embracing the behavior. It was hardcore. The game was built for hardcore team effort. If you've ever played any team sport game in real life you'd know it's not all sun and flowers, you can't censor that. This is an extremely bad target audience to play with the former DOTA players.
Ultimately, starting to change the game meta from more hardcore to more casual, despite the former two audiences playing it for it's more hardcore features. This move didn't win any new fans, but it did lose a fair share of former enthusiasts.
So, essentially, it already failed at fundamental marketing - target audience. S2Games never had a big enough following to carry the game by itself (like DOTA2) or the budget to compete with others (LoL)
##2. Poor, poor, poor marketing
On the positive side, HoN has enough new content and is still exciting to play after 8 years which is a huge feat but unfortunately it's starting to become outdated in terms of modern gaming. It's already at the point where it only attracts people from complete poverty (Thai, Russians and Brazils with 1990s Intel HD computers)
TL;DR : Yes people like to blame FB and S2 and

Can we get this back?
I want to pursue my career in IT as a programmer/software dev. Since everybody tells how colleges dont teach practical stuffs and should learn everything off the internet and to choose the cheapest and one close to your home, i think this would be a good choice. 3 years of course and a british degree(?). Just wanted some of you guy's opinions on it. I've still got plenty of time to decide so yeah.
NAMI College, Jorpati
There is no Hon.exe with my game files..
I got the game from the link at https://www.heroesofnewerth.com/
