A list of puns related to "The Cold Vein"
SORRY this is so long, I just don't know if many things could be related so I'm trying to give as much information as possible. I know I probably sound nuts for some of this.

I don't remember having this indentation on my wrists. Although this is just my newest observation of many more issues as of late. I feel like my body is changing in some way, I haven't felt normal in months. Some days are okay and some are worse. Many of my symptoms are intermittent, some long-lasting. I will use this post as a collection of all my recent strange symptoms and describe my recent medical history.
It all seems to have started from when I started getting pain in my right testicle. A soreness that would vary in pain level from time to time, hurting when I walked, or moved the testicle. That had lasted for about a month of me hoping it would go away on its own before I finally went to a doctor since it wasn't getting better.
Also coincidentally I started getting a pain on the right side of my left knee/thigh area. It felt like a throbbing pain but also accompanied by a prickly feeling as well (think a few splinters stuck in pants poking on your skin). It was somewhat concerning because I hadn't injured the knee to my knowledge and it seemed to come and go oddly. So I finally decided to go to the doctor, mainly for the testicle, but figured I'd also mention the knee. The doctor seemed to to brush off the knee issue as possibly just a muscle strain. As far as the testicle he examined it, and his only conclusion was that it could be, Epididymitis. This did seem to match my symptoms, and so he prescribed me an antibiotic called Ciprofloxacin (Cipro) (500mg 2xDaily, 10 days) to handle the possible infection. He said that if the testicle still doesn't feel better after that, then they'd want to do an ultrasound of the testicle. He also had me do a urine test which had normal results.
Just 4 days into taking the Cipro, my left knee/leg started to hurt worse it would even get tingly on me sometimes and have throbbing pain even when I wasn't moving or straining. I could be sitting down and it would hurt. This concerned me so much that I went to the hospital suspecting I could have a blood clot. They did an ultrasound of my leg and an xray and found nothing of significance.
I was also still feeling pain in my testicle. It didn't seem to be getting any better, granted it was only 4 days

A lot of people are asking "if Icy Veins isn't good, where do I go for talents and builds?" You can either use HeroesProfile which is currently the best resource around for HotS statistics, or join me in the Wind Striders Discord! We are an active community of passionate players who are always willing to help those in need. Hotslogs has unfortunately not been reliable for some time due to lack of maintenance and funding, so I can't recommend it. It currently under new ownership and there are people hard at work making the site great again, but it isn't there yet.
Icy Veins has indeed contacted me! We are going to fix Icy Veins!!! Damien, one of the owners, has taken my suggestion at the end and want us (me and the Wind Striders) to fix up their app! Yay! I will leave this post up for now as things aren't going to be fixed in a day, but if we successfully get everything up to date, I will delete this post.
So, Icy Veins now has an app! It is supposed to be a teaching aid, particularly when it comes to talent choices. Fortunately, the app is free, so I was able to download it to see what kind of advice it was giving. Before I continue, I will say that the UI of the app is actually fantastic. The app is pretty, easy to navigate, and easy to read. I have also heard that Icy Veins does great work for games other than HotS. That said:
Do not use this app until drastic improvements have been made. The information it contains is months outdated, misleading and inconsistent, and in some cases it recommends the worst possible talents/builds.
I have many examples demonstrating why the above is true, but I also want to point out that what I'm about to present is only the tip of the iceberg. All the following examples combined are not even 5% of the information that needs fixing in the app. I did not trawl through the entire repository searching for every tiny inconsistency to rant about, I simply browsed around for 30 minutes. I will also say that some of the information in the app is very solid and accurate. But so much of it is questionable or flat out wrong that it cannot be recommended as a teaching aid. (How is a new player supposed to know what information is good or not?)
EDIT: > As far as I can
... keep reading on reddit β‘The Golden Notebook and The Bell Jar really helped me when I was 18 and struggling with feelings and emotions that I couldn't put names to. The Bell Jar taught me what depression was, and The Golden Notebook taught me about anxiety and inertia. I was suicidal and completely lost in the interim between high school and university. The books saved my life.
I'm going on 24 this year and just started a writing job in media after graduating. I'm completely lost again, and tonight I feel the depression resurfacing. This coupled with ADHD and anxiety, which I've had all my life. I feel entrapped in a cocoon of social isolation and derisive about my first-world problems.
I would really appreciate it if there were suggestions for books with female protagonists struggling with these issues. They may save my life. Any recommendations?
There are so many Iβd love to see tried again by modern queens for a younger audience. One of my favourites was the season 2 striptease challenge where Raven, Tatiana, Pandora etc had to sell burlesque tickets on the street then perform a pole routine to try and make the most tips. They had Dita Von Teese as a guest judge and I loved seeing the queens interact with people out with the competition. If they did that again there would be a mix of comedy performances, sexy routines, and amazing choreography. Plus burlesque performances have went down well since (Roxxxyβs and Delaβs all star talent performances). Iβd love to see what looks theyβd turn for it too- classic burlesque vs full on stripper.
Runway wise Iβd love to see the Death Becomes Her theme brought back to see how inventive the queens could get. Although Iβm not sure anyone will ever beat Kennedyβs crystallised chicken hooker after the trick goes bad moment....
Those two series seem like a perfect match for something like this. Imagine a 3D fighting game with the gameplay of Soul Calibur and featuring a multitude of characters from the Fire Emblem series. I'd absolutely love to see this happen, and I'm sure there are many fans of both series who'd agree with me.
Iβve looked around on Spotify for playlists or other songs, but nothing else quite hits the same tone, IMO
SLIGHTLY buffing casters?
like better cantrips, better action economy, adjustment to incapacitate trait, etc. ability to add potency runes to attack spells? anything? im not picky, even if something to help round out low level experience where you have few spell slots.
im not looking for pf1e or dnd5e casters here.
