Just watched the movie Fighting with my Family. There's even an scene where Saraya is watching the episode "Happily Ever After", specifically when Rose McGowan bites the poisoned apple.
This week, The Zone Zone reviews "Mr. Bevis". Adam and Dave differed on opinions with this one. We both appreciate Bevis's know-thy-self sensibility but wonder just what a zither is and just how many taxidermy animals is too many for your work desk. We also chat a bit about the late great Baba Ram Dass and how Mr. Bevis is adept at Be(ing) Here Now.

I just destroyed my arch-enemy empire with its last remaining system containing an observation post watching an Iron Age civilisation.
I like to imagine the scientist on board of the post “Fronds of Silver”, the last of his kind. I imagine him watching the extranet news clips of his nation’s planets getting bathed and Human Gene warriors and Clone armies flooding whatever meagre defences his people managed to put together, knowing full well that his time was drawing near, he jumps into the post’s automated doctor, getting his genes resequenced until he resembled one of the members of the primitive civilisation he spent years observing, before descending onto their planet in a small personal shuttle.
And although the humans give up any hope of finding him again, he spends the rest of his life living among the primitives as an insegnificant beaurocrat in the court of a minor noble, forever afraid of a human bolter shot in the dark, and whenever he looks up at the sky he always wonders if somewhere high up there, there is a lonely human scientist looking down at him from the old observation post in space.

Epilogue sequence that nobody can experience anymore.
Today, my level I have been working on for the past five months has been moderated due to "mature content". It sickens me because Haus of Bevis has been out since the Beta and just NOW its too graphic? I tried to make the contents as tasteful as I could, with consideration of multiple audiences. But it seems that its too obscene for people to see.
I have put my heart and soul into this dream- and to have it deleted out of nowhere is beyond me. Countless hours have been wasted, reduced to nothing. It also makes no sense because MM have even used footage of the semi-naked sculpts in a presentation at GDC, and featured it on their streams... I really am just confused and heartbroken.
I know I have pushed the line on the obscene, but I do feel this could have come with some warning, perhaps a chance to moderate the bits that are "mature" myself and republish.
I am against censorship to the fullest when it comes to artistic expression, but if I could salvage ALL of the work that I had painstakingly put into this "dream" of mine-- all for a nip slip and cheek ?? I would do it in a heartbeat. I was days away from posting the final update of the level, finally finishing it after all these months aand --- (beefy whoosh)--- "your level has been deleted from the Dreameverse"
Shame on the Haus of Bevis. She's burning in Hell right now for being a bit too cheeky.
Aw well, off to bigger and brighter things. RIP gurl. I loved you.

Found some of the commentary on the latest reveals a bit interesting, noticed that Ianbits has been one of our most frequent contributors to the conversation so came up with this idea for a bit of fun...
ISLE OF MADNESS INSIGHTS WITH IANBITS AND FRONDS.
Well just to kick our story off, I think we can all agree with Eolis, "I love #TESLegends reveal season ❤❤ 2019 Legends is going to be so much fun!! ❤❤ CONTENT!!!" Yup that is right, plenty of new content to dwell on and so far with just under a week to go, a tonne of cards that will likely shake up the existing meta in a big way. So without further ado, let's see what our fronds think...
ICY SHAMBLES
Honestly was not too much said about this bad boy, personally I like this one but then I wouldn't want to offend ASS SERVANT.. ..yes people, this card does not make ASS SERVANT good. Which is pretty much where this discussion went. Its not like Icy Shambles is excited to be around, its just that you know.. ..everyone is more concerned about ASS SERVANT this and ASS SERVANT that.. ..ugh.
CRAZED HUNGER
Apparently TDCJason's favorite card of the reveals so far, PersonOfSecrets reckons this card will "Destroy People". While ToastieNL recognises its potential, but with concerns "this card has a lot of very cool implications, but my main initial concern is giving Telvanni Conscription a charge..". Well, that would suck, but then what about our beloved monk??
DRIVE MAD
Ian shared Lateralus opinion "Am I the only one who thinks this card is a hot steaming pile of garbage? Self harm stuff is pretty much irrelevant and it's often just a bad Fell the Mighty". Of course this might be so in constructed - but as we all know this was a reveal by Shank, the master of Arena - where quite possibly this little gem could shine.
And well, outside of arena, what if it WAS relevant! Who knows, we are a bit on the fence with this one, of course that means we definitely have some varying opinions. Shinestorm reckons the card is pure "gas" while Silverfuse is a bit more conservative "I love the card design, but to me it feels like often times it's a worse fell of the mighty except against lethal creatures"
The jury is out on this one.
