After sending expeditions playing as Portugal, I was able to colonize Madeira and Azores using the event and Bujadur using a colonist, both came empty of buildings and infraestructure.

I do understand the lack of infraestructure on a newly colonized province, but since the other buildings are responsible for representing local tax and levies laws I was expecting it to devolve into some sort of default rules, but it actually comes full of empty slots instead.
Should (can?) I build the necessary tax/levies buildings on every newly colonized province?

For those of you who are politically active and go to candidate events, you should always ask them whether they support this bill and effort.
Vote for candidates who support ending taxation of metals as it always should have been.
The base constitutional currency shouldn’t have any taxation associated with it!
As WSS grows, I see these efforts as some of the most noble we can make ourselves useful for.

I swear these type of folks still have the Kool Aid of Reganomics trickling down their chins. So many of them act like by doing this Biden will make people afraid of becoming rich or devalue it somehow which is absolutely ludicrous. I think all of it stems the classic case of “temporarily embarrassed millionaires” that the GOP has fed on for decades.

The pandemic and protests have been very hard for many small business owners. I will be cutting every business under a certain threshold from extreme taxation. Small businesses will now be paying 4 or 5 percent less depending on their income
