Sylvia Robinson Puns

Sylvia Robinson passed away a little over a month ago. She can easily be considered the grandmother of hiphop as founder of Sugar Hill Records. Dilla endorsed her music too.

So has anyone heard of Fillmore because I've got a reboot idea for the show including putting several other Disney shows in it as a shared universe, inculding The Owl House and Amphibia as well as some other Disney shows which includes Star Vs The Forces of Evil.

As far as potential greatest-of-all-time Survivor performances, Earl’s win in Fiji is easily the most overlooked. While often listed among the great games, the specific brilliance of his performance is often taken for granted. He somehow managed to both lead his alliance with final say over every vote and also fly under the radar, never suggested as a serious target for elimination.

Early Ravu

One thing that’s important to note when analyzing Fiji is, compared to other seasons from this era, the early game is incredibly simplistic. For the filming cycle of seasons 13/14, production was actively seeking to diversify their casting and chose to lean heavily on minority recruits as opposed to applicants. Of Fiji’s 19 contestants, only one – Gary “Papa Smurf” – actually applied to be on the show. Everyone else, most notably Earl who had barely even seen an episode before going on, was recruited, and of the recruits only a couple even watched the show regularly. Just like in Cook Islands, this created a pre-merge that resembles Borneo more than China. Because of this, the Ravu tribe doesn’t necessarily have a recognizable alliance structure. In the early days there was certain groups of relationships – I wouldn’t even call them alliances because they had no formal agreement to vote together (and often didn’t), they were just the people who tended to get along best and wanted to keep each other around.

Earl’s impressive social game thrived in this nebulous environment. Before the tribes were even divided, he was central to the creation of the all-black alliance of himself, Dreamz, Cassandra, Anthony, and Erica^(8). This alliance is part of what made it so easy for him to realign with Cassandra at the swap and pull in Dreamz at the merge, as well as putting him in a strong early position on Ravu. Another thing worth noting about this alliance – because so much of Earl and Yau’s games go hand and hand – is that Earl never told Yau^(7). While the two worked together a lot, the difference between them is that everything Yau did was with Earl’s knowledge and approval, whereas Earl does several things separate from Yau – which is instrumental in his remaining at Final 4 and Yau being voted out.

Of the vaguely defined groups after the tribe division, the most distinct was the side defined by Rocky/Mookie’s leadership and the softer side with people like Anthony and Yau. Earl was the leader of this side, but his position was unique in that he was the only

Excuse me but I've got an idea on how I'd reboot Fillmore

STORY STRUCTURE

The story structure for the Fillmore reboot would have parallels but cleverly smartly parody cop shows, most notably cop shows of today like CBS’s Blue Bloods, NBC’s Chicago PD, and ABC’s The Rookie (and not the baseball Disney movie of the same name); however, it would also take inspiration from action films like John Woo’s Hard Boiled, and because of magic being in Fillmore and his friend could also go on exciting adventures outside of school as a Story Arc. Some plots would be ripped from the headlines and it would also tackle as well more serious issues with policing (police brutality, justice reform, etc)

Also in the reboot there would be a massive shootout once or twice per episode inspired by John Woo’s Hard Boiled shootouts. (with both sides using laser blasters and Airsoft as opposed to real guns after all it is a Disney show.) There will also be chase scenes as well (and sometimes a combination of the two)

Also, some seasons would have a 9-13 episode story arc and a central Big Bad in each of those arcs and a TV movie saga based on Marvel Studios’ Infinity Saga.

HOW LONG THE SERIES WOULD LAST

It would last around 3 seasons with more should the fans want more with each season being 26 episodes each

DISTRIBUTION

It would be a Disney+ exclusive and only shown in the US and US allied countries. China will have no export.

CROSSOVERS WITH OTHER DISNEY SHOWS

The shows that Fillmore would crossover with would be Wander Over Yonder, Milo Murphy’s Law, Phineas and Ferb, The 7D, Star Vs The Forces of Evil, Mighty Ducks: The Animated Series, The Owl House, Big City Greens Lilo & Stitch, Amphibia, Gravity Falls, Teamo Supremo, The Ghost and Molly McGee, Future-Worm and DuckTales (2017) as a shared universe (Think of the MCU). Elements from other Disney properties (Like K.C Undercover’s The Other Side) would be used as well.

THE RATING

The rating would be in the TV-Y7 FV range, with lots of Airsoft/blaster gunfights and instances of brutality of students inflicted by Safety Patrollers, especially by Sasha. Language would be limited to insults (like grop, florp, etc)

THE ART STYLE

I would go for a blend of Amphibia and Ducktales 2017 art and animation style for all characters.
