I just got this Endless Pool Original Series set up about a month ago - LOVE IT. I’m wondering if anyone else trains in one - are the pace settings are accurate/close to a pool setting? I swim at around 1:35/100 for a 30-45 minute swim. Feels right; just curious if you have data/experience to share.

I’m a personal trainer and I train a 77 year old man with Parkinson’s named Frank. He doesn’t move around much except when he’s with me, so we set a step goal for him of 3k steps a day. He’s been texting me updates when he reaches his goal for the day. I’m so proud of him 🥺

What's your funniest/most interesting experience on Sydney trains/train stations?
I was talking to a friend and remembered an amusing situation that happened at Granville station a few years ago...
I had just got off at Granville and went to another platform to get a connecting train and I heard some loud metal music coming out of a guy's boombox nearby. I could see a lot of very annoyed people around and they were keeping their distance from this guy.
I quickly realized that I knew the music - it was a band called Symphony X who are a progressive/symphonic metal band (very cool btw).
I was dressed in my work clothes at the time and as I walked over to the guy I could see that he started bracing himself for some sort of confrontation as I said "Excuse me".
I then said, "Isn't that Symphony X playing?" He then just said "DUUUUUDEE! That is so cool that you know them, they're awesome". He then put the volume up louder and proceeded to do some chinups from one of the rafters there. I could see almost everyone else internally groaning because of this but it made me laugh.
Very amusing.
Off to train....WT 6" Shorts (Dark Terracotta, 8). Energy HN Bra (Rustic Clay, 6). Random Heathered light grey crop sweatshirt. Sometimes I'm feeling a matching set :-)
