A list of puns related to "Stuck In The Suburbs"
Hey guys! I hope this isn't against any of the rules to post this, but I made a guitar cover for Stuck In The Suburbs by Settle Your Scores:

I also went not by note in reaper to write the guitar tab (with one section improvised by myself), so just ask if you want it!
Please engage me, I need stimulation. I barely have a bedroom to stay in here.
I hate living in the middle of nowhere. I'm in GA and the south is supposedly flooded with pharms. I used to be able to get dilaudid, roxies, percs, etc. pretty much any pharm opiate I wanted without much trouble. The problem with a small town/suburb is that you have to get lucky with who you know. there is no cold-copping here. once you get out of that scene, it can be kind of hard to get back in and find new people. Everyone I used to know is either clean, locked up, or moved away. I keep trying to find people near me with scripts but it's borderline impossible.
and forget about boy- you just have to get really lucky. I know that heroin is an epidemic in suburban communities, but it isn't flooding the streets like it's portrayed. it's still kept under the radar and it isn't something you can just ask around for. I knew one guy in my area who sold really quality dope for $20/point, but he got locked up within a couple of months. All the other dope around here you have to drive a distance to get, and it's almost always cut with fent or is just plain shitty.
maybe I don't know the right people, since I've heard of people in the southeast getting roxies opanas and dope like it's nothing. maybe it's a good thing, since the only reason I've been clean so long is because I cut myself away from that whole scene.
any experiences?
saw a post which showed that Kansas City went from this to this (and this for cincinnati) and im interested in the topic overall, and its actually crazy how our cities have historically cleared out inner urban cores to make room for highways/parking lots. What's your opinion on this? Why didn't other rich countries do this to the same extent?
Why is it so excessive?
This way of life doesn't make sense to me anymore. Way do you have a garage full of things that you 1. Forgot existed or 2. Doesn't work 3. Doesn't have a purpose/function. All your children are grown why do you still have elementary workbooks?
Why do you have 4 different place settings? Why do you have clothes for a size 4 when you've been a size 14 for years?
It makes my minimalist skin crawl. I just want to purge.
I'm seeing more people out at shops then ever before, I think less people going to work in the city and working from home or now unemployed seem to be going out in the local area, I see the car parks around furniture stores looking pretty full on my drive to work,, just what I see wondering if others are seeing it
In the Toronto suburbs, sometimes getting to a place that takes 15 minutes by car can take up to two hours by public transit (not to mention can eat into your wallet), and getting to many rural areas within the metropolitan area is practically impossible without driving unless you take a taxi. I'm wondering what it's like in your area.
Can one realistically get to the nearest town/city centre without driving? Is it easy or cost-efficient to get around within the area without a car?
I had a 20amp dedicated line put in recently and need to update my almost 20 year old monster power power center (yeah I know). Was considering a Furman Reference, Audioquest Niagara or Shunyata Hydra. But a dealer I trust basically said, doesnβt make a difference, just get a dedicated circuit and a nice power strip. My heart says I need the conditioner but my brain is starting to disagree.
Do your reckon itβs good for the future of Melbourne or gonna create even more infrastructure pressure and congestion like you can already see. I reckon more development should be placed on the outer suburbs since even the mid distance suburbs are still too close to the CBD to create proper decentralization from Melbourne city.
Anyone know how the stocked the stores are? My mom didn't stock up appropriately and we need to make a trip to get her stuff. I know they offer early openings at some stores but with her age and pre-existing conditions I don't want her going out at all.
Take for example the issue of jailing shoplifters. Many Redditors will immediately defend these people, even if they commit three felons. They will go on about poverty when it's really shitty, stupid people who will keep commuting crimes.
Not everyone in society is literate, rational and logical. These same Redditors think importing immigrants from Somalia, Syria in massive amounts, giving them free healthcare, education and welfare is a "sustainable" system, and that these people will just assimilate with no crime.
