Stranger Heads Prevail Puns

I’m planning on buying sheet happen’s bass retranscription for terraformer or stranger heads prevail but not both. Which should I choose/ which as the best basslines?

So I was looking to buy the Stranger Heads Prevail vinyl for months, but I simply didn’t have the liquid funds to spare for the purchase until recently. A month ago, I had seen that a copy was being sold on Discogs, but today when I had gone to add it to my cart, I found that it was either already sold or simply no longer listed.

Anyway, after checking everywhere else, I was wondering if anyone here would be willing to sell their copy of the vinyl.

I don’t care what variant it is, as long as I can get the vinyl, I’m happy with whatever.

The site says that the transcription is for 5 string basses, but I suspect there's no heavy use of the 5th string. Can anyone who has the transcription deny or confirm this?

I wanted to listen to Thank You Scientist but now all they have is Abandonship. When I try to play any other album it says that it’s not available in my country (US). This is very upsetting to a huge TYS fan.

Does anyone know there's any info available on if there's a story behind Thank You Scientist's second album? (Or their first, for that matter). It definitely sounds like there's consistent characters and narrative, and from what I can glean, it's about an android who becomes progressively more human after becoming self-aware, or something to that effect, but like with most concept albums, it's not exactly the easiest thing to piece together.

New Jersey band Thank You Scientist are back with their second LP and it's currently streaming a week in advance. It's got a bit of jazz, a bit of funk, a bit of prog, a bit of pop, and a whole lot of awesome. If you're a fan of Coheed and Cambria (whose frontman's label they're signed to), definitely give it a listen. It's definitely one of my top albums of the year and I really just want to share it with as many people as possible now that it's finally available to stream.

Paid someone to paint my Camaro. Today he said it was done and there were definitely pinholes, places where the hood was put back on and grinding on the new paint job, wavy door, and an entire spot of primer that never got painted on the fender.

This guy is a gruff, big fella and I want to make sure I can get across that I expect a finished product and that these things are fixed before I take my vehicle.

He was out of the shop before I left and ended up calling me - told me it was a beautiful job. And that I'd have to fix some things - which blows my mind.

I believe I have been taken for a ride. What would you do?

Edit: went back to talk to him. Tried to be as kind/but firm as I could. It really is a nice paint job, just a few spots we just have to finish/fix. He agreed, we talked it out and he definitely agrees for some spots but unfortunately he gave a big fight for a few (like the spot where his gun dinged the roof and he said, nothing I can do about that one, brother). Whatever, let's get the big ones sorted and get this thing out of your shop.

At this point, the only thing I have going for me is that he believes I paid in full. I did not and unless I get a gun pulled on me this is not worthy of the price I paid. I'm simply trying to get the most fixed I can and quietly take my vehicle back without a fight before something gets stolen, destroyed, or worse. Then comes the review and I will make sure to document my experience so others don't have to go through the same thing.

Edit: kindly pointed out the issues, he fixed most of them. I did not return with the money, and just took my car home. It has since been sold as I was on a deadline with someone coming from Texas to look at it (12 hours away). I will be leaving a poor review. People are honestly soooo shitty.

You have to set realistic expectations and I’m seeing everyone get so excited for a few dollars in gain. They control the dips just as much as the rips. We have seen this week in and week out but we forget and think that because it went to 38 this is it. Until it reaches beyond 50 this is nothing but psychological warfare. Don’t be fooled. It will rip but it will be uncontrollable not a few cents here and there. Be ready and stay alert.

Again we have time on our side to think rationally!

I think the whole "rush" to get into a new sub, right when 400K OTM puts expire is the real sus part. So my initial bias is divide and conquer, again.

Conclusion:

Yes, yes you can add messages AFTER original post is removed, and yes you CAN FAKE the screen shot by going into SINGLE COMMENT MODE.

My bias is leaning towards SATORI not compromised, nor mods. HOWEVER...

Furthermore @ MODs, to kill any doubt, have multiple mods review and post screenshot logs of post removal TIME (this to me would be proof enough of secure mod team).

Yes, I do think there was fuckery afoot on election night. Yes, I have looked at affidavits and testimony and I have grave concerns about what happened.

I'm 50, though. I've been through elections where the candidate I wanted did not win. Is this different? I do fear so and here is why:

The past year online has felt positively dystopian with the amount of social media censorship of conservatives. With this censorship, the left has ramped up its rhetoric against fellow Americans. Calling for us to be shunned...put on a list... even "re-educated".

THAT is all very scary. Inasmuch as the transgender community was just SURE that Trump would round them up. Inasmuch as other minorities felt under threat when Trump was President...he rounded up NO Americans. He ended wars. He forged peace deals in the Middle East.

And still, during the George Floyd protests people tried to siege the White House itself and thought it was funny that the Secret Service may have been so concerned at one point that they thought of taking Trump to the safe room underground.

We watched communities burn. As WE were told to wear a mask, stay home... isolate...don't go out... the media and others encouraged angry people to take to the streets to "protest" and TOO MANY of those turned to violence. Don't bullshit us... we watched the videos online on the ground that the media didn't show and instead chose to say, "Shit's on fire, but this is mostly peaceful."

THEY were "very angry" see... and "fighting injustice"...so all of that was okay and righteous as WE were told that we couldn't have our ONE small funeral for grandma as they held three LARGE ones for George Floyd.

We watched as social media censored the New York Post for breaking the Hunter Biden computer story. A story that was TRUE. Other sites have also been censored for covering what the mainstream media has NOW decided IS, in fact, a story. Rudy Giuliani was called a Russian Asset for talking about it. It was dismissed as Qanon stuff. And apparently, even though the left burned their way across the country for months Qanon is the gravest threat America faces.

And you blamed the violence during these "protests" on police. But a LOT of them stood back while you wrought havoc. I don't want my police scared. If my police are scared, I may have to use one of the guns I lost overboard in a terrible boating accident.
