A list of puns related to "Stefanie Powers"
If Stefanie Salvatore is actually real, how would you like her to be introduced into legacies?
Right now, she is probs around 11 and human so of course she canβt attend the school. But iβve seen a lot of people saying there is a small chance that she may be a traveler. Itβs unlikely but a smart idea.
So I wrote this whole giant essay and tried to post it as a comment, but it was too long LOL. So I decided to add a couple more things to it and post it as a post bc ... maybe it would be of interest to people + I already wrote it out... LOL
Alright, first, I hope everyone has had the opportunity to listen to the album as well as to look at the English translations for Back To You that Faith has so kindly (and quickly) provided for us. I'd just like to note for discussion purposes that Back To You's Chinese lyrics were once again written by Xiao Han - previously gifting us with such gems as Dream Launch, Face to Face and Horizon. Sleepless's lyrics were written by Jenny Wang, who previous wrote Stand By Me (along with Hendery of course).
If you've had a chance to look at the lyrics for Back To You, true to her usual style, Xiao Han takes the main character of the song through an emotional journey. For all of her songs for WayV so far, there's always some sort of progression through the song. The characters never end where they start: whether it's the fact that they go from not knowing how to fly a spaceship to knowing a little bit and trying to fly their own in Dream Launch, to going through the process of checking in with someone you love and expressing your desire to let ur guard down and to come closer, be more vulnerable and support each other and through expressing ur own willingness to do this, asking the other person to also lower their guards and let u in (Face to Face), to overcoming separation and longing through believing in each other and together crossing all obstacles, maintaining the belief that time will reunite them despite everything (emotionally moving from sadness and longing to confidence and belief in the strength of the connection between them).
So this progression thing is a very prominent thing (lol technical terms) that Xiao Han does in her song-writing. Here I'm trying to make the point that there are songs that stay relatively consistent emotionally vs. songs that have an emotional buildup and payoff. There's no value judgement here, I'm just trying to explain how like some songs rely a bit more on building up the instrumentals to achieve a sense of progression vs. some songs rely more on the storytelling, with the instrumentals staying more or the less similar throughout. But most of the time, songs do a bit of both.
Back to Xiao Han's version of 'Back To You' - clearly this song in terms of the emotional state of the ma
