Nothing like a buffet to temporarily turn people into maniacs at the sight of choice.
I read this book as a kid and forgot the name but remember bits of the plot. This girl stays with her uncle for the summer and he’s really into his car and doesn’t pay much attention to her. She isn’t supposed to go into the basement for some reason. She discovers that a murder happened in the basement years ago and that the ghost (?) of the murderer is still looking for some evidence (I think it was stamps but not sure) from the murder. Once she finds the evidence her and her uncle escape with the ghost chasing them, and then the murdered boys spirit is at peace. Sorry I can’t remember it well but this used to be one of my favs and I can’t remember what it is!

I've been doing some winter campfires and am looking for a way to harness some of that heat to stay warmer around the fire. Knees are on fire and back/butt is ice.
I've seen the chair reflector type stuff, but I'm not sure if they work. Been thinking of putting hot rocks under my chair, but I've heard rocks can explode. Any experience here with solutions that actually do the trick?
