Summary

Whereas construction is an industry subject to destructive competition in the form of lower wages, less safe working standards, and turbulent job prospects and labour protections must be enacted to protect construction workers in companies bidding for federal government contracts;

The statute of limitations for medical malpractice is anywhere from two to six years. But the effects of a circumcision performed on a baby boy cannot be fully known until he is 30, or 40 years old. If the statute of limitations were to be extended to 40 years, victims of circumcision could at least get some kind of compensation for their pain and suffering. If the health industry decided to take it to court, the victims would also be able to tell their story, in a court of law, under oath and it would become part of a public record. Circumcision litigation would be so lucrative that ambulance chasing law firms would put ads on TV about it. Which would increase the public's awareness of the dangers, physical and economic, of circumcision. it would completely eliminate the money motive that the health industry has towards circumcision. Finally, it would change America's attitude toward circumcision.
I was walking outside today near computer plaza and there were a few men who appeared to be unrelated to each other and minding their own business. I walked towards McDonald's from Jumbo near the footbridge when suddenly this guy interrupts me and advices me to eat Black Seeds (Nigella seeds) as it is good for my health. It's like 11AM and these guys were hanging around in the shadow of the footbridge.
Now there is nothing wrong with this advice, black seeds are nutritious so I assumed that was the end of it.
Then he continues that it helps the eyes (saying my spectacle power is high). He goes on about mixing it with dabur blah blah from so and so shop located around the block.
Another man apparently randomly passing by overhears me and stops to confirm what he said. Saying he was helped. Then he opened his phone and showed me his picture with big spectacles saying this is from before.. Even though according to his own album it was pretty recently taken as he didn't have to scroll much...
I said enough enough and went back to the footbridge and in the meantime he immediately caught the pathan guy (victim) who was just coming there to pay for the parking. The victim had no spectacles π which made me curious what he would advise him for.
I started video recording as I climbed the footbridge of this. I posted this before but u/nor_iqhwan reminded me of consequences so I had to remove it...
Funnily, towards the end of the video, after he was convinced about how to improve his "hair quality" you see him asking him to have patience..as the accomplice had already started to coerce him and walkikg in the direction of the shop.
The victim insists He wants to pay first what he came for! - The Parking!
And then the victim follows him..hopefully he did not fall prey. During my limited observation there, they targeted only labourers. And left non labourers easily with the slightest resistance...
Unfortunately, I cannot post my FULL HD 60 FPS video of a Dubai scam in progress π due to reasons above Might as well be 4K. I would love to share it if the rules change. It's pretty funny (and sad at the same time) to see it happen. The accomplice takes off his cap and the victim is seen frisking his hair to check his hair quality vs his old pic of baldness π. The ending was funny too as the victim appeared momentarily agitated from his coercion as he really wanted to pay his parking (his original purpose of walking there!)
Iβve been a builder for three months now, and since I started I canβt help but scan every room Iβm in to see how it was built. Itβs given me new appreciation and insight into how exactly rooms take form. Even just a simple room with minimal interior construction (skirting boards, plasterboard, light fixtures) can take a team of builders, electricians, plasterers etc. days to finish, due to the sheer amount of precision required.
Iβve visited many country houses in Ireland, and Iβm struck by the excessive interior design, I simply canβt imagine how such rooms were constructed in the past with simpler tools, less developed engineering and less labourer skill.
So my question is were these rooms designed and planned by a small number of skilled individuals who then delegated to a staff of general labourers or did large private companies of the time train and supply teams of skilled builders?
This is a perfect example of why it is so important that states either eliminate the statute of limitations on CSA cases or at a minimum, create windows of opportunity for once excluded cases to come forward.
And the next step is to get the word out and make it visible to the public as broad as possible. So victims long since silenced know they have the opportunity to seek justice.
Look forward to the day the org shares a similar headline. As we know they have a list at least twice the size as the one mentioned in this case.
βMany of the lawsuits followed the Los Angeles Timesβ publication in 2012 of internal Scout records involving about 5,000 men on a blacklist known as the βperversion files,β a closely guarded trove of documents that details sexual abuse allegations against troop leaders and others dating back a century.β

Their 14 amendment rights to due process were also violated by Kratz's press conference professing guilt before either individual ever stepped in a court room, under the US constitution, you are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Steven and Brendan's 14 amendment rights were violated once again by LE not allowing a coroner on the Avery property to properly assess, document and recover the supposed human remains found in Steven's fire pit, a civil right that is afforded by law to every other in the US
The 14 amendment violation continue to grow in Steven and Brendan's cases along with numerous brady violations(6), When will they be treated as equal US citizens and qualify for due process US law, the same law afforded to everyone else in the US,the same law Wisconsin fails to recognize and obey.
