A list of puns related to "Spy Fox"
These are very likely lost media.
As a kid around the early/mid 2000's I remember going around the internet and finding and playing a lot of flash games, especially those on company's websites, usually based around animated properties. This was how I got the jumpscare from the infamous Scooby Doo: Escape from the Coolsonian.
This actually ties back to my post, as I remember around the time I played Escape From the Coolsonian, perhaps the same day, I went on a rabbit hole and found a website for Fox, Warner or Etc. games for animated shows (could potentially include flash games for TV shows done with an animated artstyle). There is a distinct link between Escape from the Coolsonian and these games in my mind, potentially I even played them in the same afternoon.
I remember the website had a black background with orange text or things to click on that were in that very early 2000's orange/gold with a sort of lazily done shining effect style. I distinctly have a memory of as a kid it feeling like a site for "more adult games" but not pornographic, more promo games for shows that had more mature themes than the kids flash games I was used to.
This was around 2004~ ish. I remember there being 2-3 games, all based around this one show or property, potentially titled "episodes". The games were point and clicks (or arrow keys to move, but focused on puzzle solving with light combat) either based around episodes of a show or with an implied story that connected them. I got a distinct feeling as a kid that the series was either shut down or not promoted, or was over by now as I had never heard of it before. I believe you played as the same character in all 3, but I can only really recall 2 of them. I kept trying to play then as a kid as because one of them gave you a gun with limited ammo.
The art style was in that "mature" style you had around the early/mid 2000's from stuff like X-Men or Titan AE, (the kind you saw in Dead Space: Downfall) which was one of the most striking parts of it in my memory. The plot was focused on supernatural stuff, mutants, semi-grounded "Superscience", stuff like them growing bio soldiers in tanks. During one of the games you were pursued through a facility by a strange beast-thing which attacked you and usually ran off. I'll list the two below and as much as I can remember. The former had an eerie atmosphere due to the music and the way everythin

>Operation Fox Hunt is a shadowy fugitive-apprehension program that is a pillar of Chinese President Xi Jinpingβs anti-corruption campaign.
>
>Launched in 2014, Operation Fox Hunt and a program called Operation Sky Net claim to have caught more than 8,000 international fugitives. The targets are not murderers or drug lords, but Chinese public officials and businesspeople accused β justifiably and not β of financial crimes. Some of them have set up high-rolling lives overseas with lush mansions and millions in offshore accounts. But others are dissidents, whistleblowers or relatively minor figures swept up in provincial conflicts.
>
> Nonetheless, over the past seven years Chinese fugitive hunters have stalked hundreds of people, including U.S. citizens and permanent residents, according to U.S. national security officials. Undercover repatriation teams enter the country under false pretenses, enlist U.S.-based accomplices and relentlessly hound their targets. To force them into returning, authorities subject their relatives in China to harassment, jail, torture and other mistreatment, sometimes recording hostage-like videos to send to the United States. In countries like Vietnam and Australia, Chinese agents have simply abducted their prey, whether the targets were dissidents or people accused of corruption. But in the United States, where such kidnappings are more difficult, Fox Hunt teams have relied mainly on coercion.
"Oh, Spy Fox? You're going to be busy on this rescue mission. Should I call the Spy Academy and tell them to cancel the weapons class you're going to teach?"
"What? You're going to tell them that Spy Fox doesn't have class? They'll never believe you."
A spy working for Spy Corp, Spy Fox is one of several agents sent into the field to foil the schemes of supervillains, be they seeking to rid a certain food from the market, bring governments to their knees with an enormous robot dog, destroy the ozone layer so they can profit on incredibly strong sunscreen, or just thieves stealing cheese from a museum. Alongside the administrative help of Monkeypenny and the various gadgets of Professor Quack, Spy Fox inevitably saves the day while barely ever opening his eyes more than halfway or removing his hands from the pockets of his white suit.
