We can see that, even with the slightest of cracks in our daily routines, people can begin to resort to levels of lower civility

Even seeing that some would take social emergencies as a chance to commit crimes and such, it makes me wonder how much of perceived morality is simply the avoidance of punishment rather than an actual belief in virtue.

Does this make sense and can anyone point me towards what our philosophers thought of this idea?

I see Strange Spoon in the shop a lot and always pass it because a 50% chance to function isn't worth it unless you have Apparitions. I would like to see it changed to "Every second card you exhaust is discarded instead". This way, it has less anti-synergy with exhausting curses and statuses, and is more controllable. If it would be too strong, it could be reduced to every third card.

Hello! This seems easy when I explain it, but I can't figure out an elegant way to code a function without a lot of nested IF statements for each of the "Spoon Size Volumes", which seems excessive.

Objective: Look at the "Volume Minimum Amount" and "Volume Fully Loaded Amount" and give myself two options 1) A "Spoon Size Minimum" in C2 and a 2) "Spoon Size Maximum" in D2 based on comparing the inputs to the "Spoon Size Volume" options I have in A6:A12 and returning the values that are larger than the volume.

Example: Based on my dummy values here, I noted in red what I would expect the formula to return C2=2.5 because it is larger than the minimum of 2 and 1.25 would not fit 2, and D2=5 because it is larger than the fully loaded volume of 3.16 and 2.5 would not fit 3.16. (You can ignore E2, I have no idea how I should think about choosing between the Min and Max spoon size yet.)

While the logic behind the [wooden spoon award](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wooden_spoon_(award) is usually only used to crown an “anti-champ” or “ultimate loser”, it can also be used to create a “ranking” of all college basketball teams. For example, Kansas places #3 behind Villanova and Michigan, because Kansas lost to Villanova, who finished higher than Michigan. #5 is Texas Tech because they lost to Villanova, then #6 is Florida State because they lost to the next-“best” team (Michigan), etc. This way of ranking teams was inspired by a comment from u/CallMeTheKing and by u/joeboo5150 ‘s post, which ranked the top 32 teams with this method. In short, teams are ranked first by the round they reached and then by the ranking of the team they lost to.

OBVIOUSLY, this is not a ranking of teams based on how truly good they are – Penn State is far better than NC Central; Arizona is better than Radford , etc. It is better thought of as a list of teams based on their “proximity” to the champion.

Story

Our heroes start in the friendly nation of Spoonea, but are invaded by the evil Spoonin army from the country of Spoonin. Prince Spoonth and his little sister Wee Spoony flee to their ally nation of Spoognion, but their apostle Spoonaki is having a temper tantrum because she's a little spoon bitch, so they decide to go kill a bunch of Flappy Spoons in what would later be known as the Spoonenes Massacre. Thus begins the events of The Great Continental Breakfast.
