A list of puns related to "Southern New England Telephone"
If you have was it a fun road trip? What stops did you make along the way? What did sights did you see? Were there any cool hotels, funky Airbnbs, etc you would recommend? I have the opportunity to do drive a friend's car to Boston and was considering it. I'm very nostalgic so I love places with history behind them. Mom & Pop shops, quirky / artsy towns, Americana and all that. Feel free to DM me too. Cheers!
I have an opportunity to live in either the greater Atlanta area or Maine/NH and weighing my options.
Has anyone ran into this? My friend was delayed the night before and I just got the same thing. Iβve bought 2 cars previously, and usually theyβre delayed by a day. But itβs > 10 days delayed. Seems suspicious. Iβm worried the second delivery will also be delayed.
Hey again!
So Iβm stuck trying to think of names for my new game, and the two versions it would have. I have a few ideas and would love to share them with you to get feedback and hear your ideas as well!
There is more Information about my region on my profile so be sure to check it out!
So here are the ideas, and for which game:
Box legendary - Creator of the continent the region is on, sacrificed itself to protect the life on the region, and now Team Bygone wants to resurrect it!
Pokemon:
Origin
Beginning
Order
Constant
Box Legendary - Ultra beast from a dimension where itβs species ate all matter in the universe, made a deal with Team Horizons leader and turns everything it eats into energy!
PokΓ©mon:
Extinction
End
Entropy
Flux
So those are my ideas, if anyone has any they would like to share Iβd be happy to listen!
TL:DR Region based on England, Three teams fighting for supremacy, shady corporation, new pokes and yeah
That's right!
Much like the other 35,499 members of this subreddit and their parental figures, I thought I'd try my hand at making my own, based on my own place of residence, South England!
Now, of course, I have never done one of these before, heck, this is my first time making my own Fakemon, and now I'm planning to create an entire region? Out of the deep end and into the fire as they say.
Of course, packed with Story, new Fakemon and regional forms, custom sprites, new moves, evolutions and much much more!
Let's start with, The Story:
The region of Layor has always been one of conflict and sides, starting civil wars and chaos seemingly at random. It wasn't until recent years that the chaos begin to sort itself, namely into 3 different groups, all coming together to complete their respective goals.
Group 1: Team Horizon:
As the name might suggest, those that are apart of Team Horizon are always looking forward, toward progress and a brighter future thanks to the help of technology and the working class.
What those on Team Horizon fail to see is their immediate surroundings, destroying others and making the world worse before it becomes "Better". Often blinded by greed and money, Team Horizon are the main force to be reckonded with.
Group 2: Team Bygone:
As you can tell, I'm not the best when it comes to names, and everything is subject to change (Very early days).
Team Bygone has a similar, yet opposite goal to that of Team Horizon, wanting to return to an age long past of hunting and gathering, where no uneasy struggles are fought daily. Free from tax, arbitrary social acceptance and you guessed it, the upper class, they strive to create a world where the weak perish and the strong thrive.
Such is the Law of nature.
Group 3: The Extant:
The Extant, the base group, the group are character will start in, and the most peaceful out of the 3.
Extant means, now, existing, and the present, so you can guess where they stand on the whole thing. They just want to live life as it comes, make the best of what they have, and secure themselves on the social hierarchy in a normal way.
Unfortunately, being peaceful in turf war gets you nowhere, and the Extant are constantly fighting to keep what little land they have left.
Group ???: Guide Inc:
But Bys-Mal, I hear you ask, you said
... keep reading on reddit β‘I know there was a change in the way telephone numbers were written and they no longer used mnemonics, but Iβm struggling to find information on the area code that would have started the number. Im writing a book set in York, England, 1968 if that makes the question clearer.
Good vibes to anyone else micro (or macro) dosing this Sunday.
