A list of puns related to "South Morava"
#Intro
To break the monotony, I've decided to write up a short overview of a real language cluster, namely South Morava Torlakian. This is part of an ongoing project of mine to document the Slavic language varieties that make up the enormously diverse dialect continuum between northern Greece and StalaΔ, Serbia (excluding Bulgarian and the forms spoken east of the line BosilegradβPirot, in Serbia).
This continuum of dialects owes its diversity to a very, very late liberation from the Ottoman Empire (the last parts of the zone were freed and partitioned in May 1913) and lack of any sort of pervasive standardisation until well into the 20th century. As a result, this zone is highly diverse in linguistic terms, reflecting numerous isoglosses and very characteristic changes that set it apart from Serbian and Bulgarian language standards. This zone totally encompasses the Macedonian language standard and its numerous dialects, many of which have been thoroughly documented and described in published literature.
As a disclaimer, I am not a native speaker of any of the language varieties spoken there β or, rather, any Slavic language β but am fluent in Macedonian and Serbian (standard ekavian Ε‘tokavian). I am, instead, working with several native speakers from my target areas, and thus misrepresentations of the dialects of these areas lie solely on my poor or biased interpretations of the data the speakers provide.
This post is intented to be used as a resource on a lesser-known Slavic dialect cluster.
#Classification
The language varieties of this dialect continuum are variously (and politically) classified as Macedonian, Bulgarian and Serbian, based on the ethnicity of the speakers that use them. For ease of classification, I am going to treat the Bulgarian language as the varieties of Slavic spoken east of the BosilegradβPirotβPetriΔ line (traditional narrow Bulgarian), as well as east of the line PetriΔβThessaloniki, which makes up the yat border outside the borders of Bulgaria.
Thus, all varieties in this continuum are South Slavic languages, belonging to the group of older Ε tokavian dialects (as opposed to the newer Ε tokavian dialects spoken west of the line KotorβNikΕ‘iΔβTutinβStalaΔβPoΕΎarevac) that are generally ekavian (have a non-high monophthong that reflects Proto-Slavic /*Δ/, henceforth called "yat reflex"), with some small ikavian tendencies (have a high monophthong yat reflex) in pronouns in the dialects closest to the north of the c

First of all, dad jokes CAN be NSFW, it clearly says so in the sub rules. Secondly, it doesn't automatically make it a dad joke if it's from a conversation between you and your child. Most importantly, the jokes that your CHILDREN tell YOU are not dad jokes. The point of a dad joke is that it's so cheesy only a dad who's trying to be funny would make such a joke. That's it. They are stupid plays on words, lame puns and so on. There has to be a clever pun or wordplay for it to be considered a dad joke.
Again, to all the fellow dads, I apologise if I'm sounding too harsh. But I just needed to get it off my chest.

Kurvingrad (Serbian Cyrillic: ΠΡΡΠ²ΠΈΠ½Π³ΡΠ°Π΄, lit. "Whoretown") or Koprijan (ΠΠΎΠΏΡΠΈΡΠ°Π½), is the ruined fortress which sits above the town of Doljevac on the South Morava river, 11Β km south of the town of NiΕ‘.[1] The ruins are all that remain of the medieval town of Koprijan from the time of Antiquity, making the fortress over a thousand years old. Today, there are remains of fortifications, but they have not been substantially studied.[2]
Theories for the origin of the name:
There are several legends about the origin of the name Kurvingrad (Whoretown). According to one legend, during the fortress's siege, a certain immoral lady from the village came out at night while people were sleeping, and opened the town's gate for the enemy.
According to another, more commonly held legend, a wealthy lady from the town loved to make nighttime visits to nearby Monastery of St. John at OrljaneΒ [sr] allegedly for prayer, but actually for the romantic relations with the priest. Legend has it that a girl stretched canvas at night

Hey everyone, I am Augenis! It has been a while since the last time I did a PR - for the United Baltic Duchy and Riga last year, in fact. A year has passed since then, marked by several noteworthy updates - and I return once again, with the Balkans Rework, and specifically with a Progress Report on the Serbian Republic.
###A Balkans Rework?!
Indeed! The Balkans Rework began not long after the release of the United Baltic Duchy and was kept under complete secrecy from start to finish. I did, however, post teasers in the form of cryptic single icons and focuses, purposefully redacted to not reveal the origin of the content while also allowing me to have a little fun.
Why was this rework hidden when so many other reworks planned for countries in KR have been revealed and are often discussed on Reddit and Discord? Well, I have several reasons for it. I envisioned the Balkans as fulfilling a role similar to Sweden, coming during the wait for major releases, of which there are several in the works right now. I also wanted to limit the spread of misinformation and rumors coming from very limited information which teasers usually provide, which has been an issue for several KR reworks in the past. Finally, it is simply my personal preference to keep the cards to myself and then reveal everything at once. After all, the UBD PR was also posted very late in its coding phase, when it was already close to completion on the Eastern Europe branch.
I have toiled all by myself away from the public for the past year, and so, all of the content displayed in this PR is fully code complete, while the next PR is almost fully code complete, and both will be released to the public this summer.
###New Serbia situation
To not make this PR longer than it needs to be, only a summary of the full new Serbia lore will be present here. Instead, once the Balkans Rework is released, you will be able to find full information in the Kaiserreich Wiki - here
The short summary is as thus:

Dad jokes are supposed to be jokes you can tell a kid and they will understand it and find it funny.
This sub is mostly just NSFW puns now.
If it needs a NSFW tag it's not a dad joke. There should just be a NSFW puns subreddit for that.
Edit* I'm not replying any longer and turning off notifications but to all those that say "no one cares", there sure are a lot of you arguing about it. Maybe I'm wrong but you people don't need to be rude about it. If you really don't care, don't comment.
