A list of puns related to "Sony Michel"
Just thinking about how explosive Cam Akers has already returned to, barring any injury in off-season or training camp, could a combo of Akers/Michel or Akers/Henderson be a solid RB1-2 or handcuff in your line up? And where does the odd man out fit in? Would love to hear what Rams fans see happening.
Against the Seachickens, Michel played 73% of the snaps and tripled Henderson's touches with a butt load more yards. The most glaring part too, they got the same number of targets.
It appears like Sony is now the big man on campus.
Is there any other explanation? Henderson was completely healthy as far as I know. Maybe McVay is playing games or going with the hot hand?
All I know, starting week 13 last year McVay was rolling with Akers. Weeks 13-15 this year, Sony starts to dominate. Coincidence?
The 49ers have a super talented Defensive line and our offensive line didnβt really get any push all game. Are they a direct correlation or is it just a bad habit of the offensive line/running game to be massively up and down? We need to have a more reliable rushing attack. Side note: it was great to see Akers out there. I hope he knocks off the rust soon.
Has Sony played his way into a starting contract somewhere next year? Itβs hard to imagine the Rams will keep him as the RB3 behind Akers and Henderson so I expect they move on. Do you see anyone giving him a shot to be the starter?
Sony has been huge in the rams win streak. Rams are also 7-0 when sony has 10+ carries, 4-4 when he has <10 carries. He has been amazing down the stretch for the cost of 1 6th and 1 4th round pick.
If Akers comes back, would you assume he moves on? Does he get a shot at being a lead back again?
if someone has henderson, do you all feel like michel is a must-own handcuff? he has passed the eye test when heβs on the field, and there doesnβt seem to be anyone else in that backfield that would get to much work.
henderson owners, are you prioritizing getting michel before your trade deadline, if it hasnβt already passed?
Would you guys like to see more opportunities for Sony Michel to run the ball? Heβs a little old, but he is still physical. We could have a 1-2 punch with Darell and Sony, instead of Sony only being on situational snaps. Whatβre yβall thoughts?
Edit: Heβs not Old heβs 26 ππΎ
Please advise, I have a few minutes...
Article does not contain a quote from McVay (or anyone else) stating that they will actually get "equal billing". References last week and gives some background. Might want to grab Sony anyway.
We are 7-0 when giving him 10+ carries. He is ballin!
