A list of puns related to "Sm 70"
I know it might sound a bit weird, but here is why I would like such an option:
Many people (at least in my surrounding) still use old phones with very limited memory (like up to 200 SMS). You might know that SMS are limited to 160 7bit encoded characters. When using some special characters (very common depending on your langage) or smileys, the encoding switch from 7 to 16bits and the SMS's max size goes down from 160 characters to 70.
I would like to minimize the impact of my sms on these people's old phones with a tweak that automatically detects if some characters are 16bit only and change them to a 7bit equivalent.
It might also be a solution to save a few SMS for people with a limited amount of sent SMS in their mobile plan (if such a thing still exists).
The tweak could be applied on a defined list of contacts, or through an option when long-pressing the send button on an sms, for example.
Hey everyone! Iβm planing to buy my first setup for podcasting. Nothing to serious, and portability might be a bonus since I travel a lot between cities.
Iβm planning to buy the Scarlett solo, but I cannot decide which mic should I get. Iβm not much into the PODMIC sound and I have read that the signal is too low and it works better with an in line booster, which is a thing that Iβm not planning to buy right now.
Iβm more into the SM58 since Iβll not have a lot of noise control during the podcasts (I live w/ mates)
On the other side a dynamic tend to have less audio quality.
Anyone knows about the Presonus PD-70? Or which one of these should I get?
Cheers!
I want to buy KV-04s and SM-13 rail mounts. Please message me what item you have and the condition itβs in. I have money for you! Please and thank you.
We moved into this house 3.5 months ago. Our neighbor across the street introduced himself right away. In the weeks/months following we've chatted outside a few times a week. He's brought us food a handful of times. I baked him cookies for Christmas. He seemed just like a typical older man/nice neighbor. We invited him to our sons first birthday which is coming up soon.
I sent out the invite and received a verbal confirmation that he's coming. That was 2 weeks ago. Since then he's done and said some things that make me really uncomfortable and I don't want him at the party anymore.
Creepy thing #1 - he's been inviting us to happy hour since we moved in saying he has a babysitter for us. I would just kind of ignore him on the babysitter front because my son is breastfed and doesn't take a bottle and frankly I'd find my own babysitter if I wanted to which I don't. I haven't been away from my son since he was born and I'm just not ready yet.
We thought he just wanted to hang out so my husband went out to lunch with him. He still insisted on happy hour/babysitter. So I invited him to our place for dinner thinking he wanted to socialize with both of us. He declined. But continued pushing happy hour/ babysitter.
Then he brought this lady to our house unannounced to introduce us. I was polite and said hi and they left.
He kept bugging my husband about happy hour so finally I said to him ok let's go I'll bring the baby and wear him in a carrier. To which he responds " why don't you trust the lady I introduced you to?" I just explained the breastfeeding situation and used that as an excuse.
So he basically keeps pushing this sitter on us. I didn't think much of it until the other creepy things happened.
Creepy thing #2 - He comes to our house the night of the happy hour already a little buzzed and makes a comment about how cute my son is and that he could probably get $50-$100 if he sold him. No one laughed. My husband said something like "no we're good" And he said he was joking and moved on.
Creepy thing #3 - while out to happy hour he asked how our son was sleeping. I said he still wakes frequently and he responded by saying "well you can just throw him in my spare bedroom tonight and pick him up in the morning". I gave a disgusted look and he responds "sorry I have a sick sense of humor"
Creepy thing #4 - my husband was outside playing with our son and neighbor walks up and says hi then immediately tries to pick the baby up. My husband basically interc

The elite fledgling gear is going to stop being useful soon right? Should I move forward with the AC (rune tribe -> rune hero) gear as the next stepping stone or should I just take the plunge and slowly get the Apollon gear? I was thinking of farming the AC for the base set and then put a bit of effort into it to morph. After that I'll try to farm the Apollon set. My thought is since the morphed set is 70 it'd be a good stepping stone. Afterward I can just continue leveling up as I farm CoE etc. Or is it just a waste of time and the reduced stats don't matter that much so just go straight for the Apollon?
I can't afford Infernal Pain, so that's where some money should go as well. However I do like my pet protection. The broker is a whole 'nother story, I'm not sure what to NPC (<66 gear apparently, no idea which mana stones are worth brokering and which are npc, need general guideline) and what to break down (>66 gear, but apparently some are worth brokering?! I need Kinah but I want mats to prepare for end game as well when I get there- but that's where the AC cheapness route comes in).
I was thinking of going into Handicraft and Weapons eventually for crafting. I've been just playing and grinding, haven't invested in any knowledge of the crafting or aethercrafting. Or housing for that matter. I have have a few 100k of AP, few 100 of GP, spinals, bloods, and a bunch of stuff here and there farmed- not sure what to do with any of them aside from AC.
Currently this is what I'm doing:
Ashun Dredg when I can
Luna>FoO>Linkgate daily
Luna>Adma>Theo>Raksang(going to stop when I'm 70 because drops stop if you're 10+ levels right?)>Sauro>Occupied RN
Haven't been able to do AoE or DL because of unlucky timing looking for groups I guess (mainly AoE not accepting me because I'm <70 and base gear)
Want to start doing the Barracks in Landing at 70+. Like I said I prefer to do everything solo until final bosses I guess. Not a fan of daily questing either. Just like doing instances as it puts a time limit on my playtime and rewards.
This is long, sorry.
I moved to my new home over a year ago and adore it. It took me over a year to find this place. In our area the housing market is incredibly tight and I'm still amazed I got this lucky. I feel like I've found an amazing oasis in the city I live in, my landlord is great, my neighbors [25M 30F] are great.
Our two houses are built quite close together, and they are mirrors of each-other. Our garages face the street, and then you walk down a narrow 6ft wide corridor to get to the front door, in the back of our houses. Because of this, and because we live near the beach and it's hot, we both leave our doors open often. Partly because of this we've become good friends with our neighbors; we talk across the alley, they always pet the dog when the go out (my door has a decorative iron gate that keeps the dog inside, but has large enough gaps to reach in and pet her. She LOVES them.) and my neighbors stop by for homebrew at least 2x a week. In short, paradise.
The only dark spot is my neighbor's landlord, "Brian" [70's M]. He is an angry, bitter slumlord. He never repairs things at my neighbors home unless ordered by the governing agency. His "repairs" are often worse than the damage: he fixed broken glass in their slider with duct tape, his repair for their collapsing foundation was carpet, and on and on - a list that is too long to get into. Whenever repairs are unavoidable, he'll do them himself, despite having zero handy-man ability (my job has me around construction a lot, this isn't hyperbole. I've actually never seen someone more incompetent), often spending days or weeks on a job that would take a professional a few hours at most. It's pure cheapness on the landlords part - he is quite wealthy, but he'd honestly rather spend two weeks digging through a sewage pipe himself rather than pay someone to do it.
For the most part I ignore him. He isn't my landlord, I have no reason to talk to him. When we first moved in I was polite, but after a few hostile reactions and glares I just let it be and don't greet him at all. Because he never does any maintenance on their house, they periodically have catastrophic failures that absolutely have to be addressed; collapsed pipes, electrical fires etc. When that happens, Brian will be over there daily to "fix" the issue.
Now here's the issue:
About 6 months ago we adopted a dog from the pound. She had some health issues and some behavior issues, one of which is that she barks. We've been

I am after a GEC 43/73/74, so will do a cash + trade on any of them. Prices **ARE** negotiable.
Here goes:
Small Sebenza 21 - C - Sharpened, stropped regularly, and carried daily for 6 months. This is one of the early runs of S35VN at the new hardness of 59-60 instead of the old 58-59. There are snail trails, but nothing that the spa service can't take care of. Operationally, the knife is hydraulic-like, and I'm gonna miss it, but my heart is with traditionals now. Boxes and papers incl. + an oldschool CRK sticker. **Asking $265**
Microtech UTX-70, 2007 model - C - I've verified this with Microtech, and it is a genuine MT UTX-70. The 2007 models lacked any markings whatsoever aside from on the pocket clip. The steel is likely 154CM. All of the problems with this are entirely cosmetic. There are some small pits in the steel from the manufacturer, some light scratches running vertically that could be removed with some steel wool, but the hardcoat on the aluminum body is in great shape. There is one body screw missing, and I replaced the clip screws with Torx, but still have the two I removed. MT quoted me at $15 for the screw to be replaced and have the blade refinished (I think), but I never got around to sending it out. As a whole, this knife is badass.. It fires strong and fast. No box or papers; original owner lost them in a move. SPF for $180. Sorry for the controversy.
Shirogorov Hati CLONE (obviously) - C - My little test guinea pig. Also my finest piece of mod-work, done by yours truly, if I do say so myself. The action on this knife is better than any clone I've handled. It shoots out fast, and drops closed. The frame is TC4 Ti, and the scale is carbon fiber. The blade is marked D2, and is super pointy, and equally cutty. In addition to the blade finish, I also darkened the hardware, tuned/polished the action, and sharpened it.** **ASKING $66****
Thanks guys! Feel free to call me on my prices if you think they're high/low/whatever.
EDIT: Holy shit, Reddit has new formatting now! No more *'s! + price adj. on UTX. In case you didn't see the disclaimer but are reading my edits.. The price isn't firm. It's supple.
