A list of puns related to "Sir Kay"
I'm wondering which hero combinations are best to defend and attack with in a new solar kingdom.
For defense, would Kay and Gawain be better than Uther and Gawain? I don't know how to weigh whether Kay's ability to strengthen the wall defense is better than Uther's counterattack ability.
Similarly for attacking, would Lamorak and Oberon be a better choice than Morien and Oberon? Would Lamorak's ability to lessen the wall defense be better than Morien's attack benefits?
Any advice and opinions are welcome. Thank you.
I've been thinking about Sir Kay's NP.
The only one I know is "Camelot Image: fleeting forgotten castle" but like lord chaldeas is a virtual np, meaning: A) it's a small fraction of what the true np can do B) it's simply a standin NP name
This means Sir Kay has a more powerful version of this NP that might have a different name.
But I think Sir Kay has another NP. This one connecting to his sword. This sword (like Cu's and Diarmuid's speares) can inflict wounds that can never heal. Despite this, there isn't anything out there that confirms the name of Sir Kay's Weapon.
In the original legend, Arthur pulled Caliburn because he wanted to give it to Sir Kay for a tordement, since Sir Kay left his sword at home. This could mean that Sir Kay has another version of Caliburn/Excalibur, though i doubt it. There are other theories about his sword being named after Arthur's original sword name, Caledfwlch. Though I'm still unsure of its true name.
What do you think the name of Sir kay's Sword would be???
In Culhcwch and Olwen (one of the oldest Arthurian stories ever known), there are also characters called Nerth son of Kedarn, meaning βStrength, son of Strongβ or Drem son of Dremidyd, meaning βSight, Son of Vision.β
Kay/Ceiβs name and his fatherβs are Irish loanwords in Welsh, so this connection isnβt immediately clear to Welsh speakers either.

Thanks and have a nice day
"I ask of you, are you, my master?" His one remaining eye scanned the room looking for any sign of an immediate threat. When he found nothing to signify a threat to him and his master, he set about evaluating his master. His eye roamed the young boy's body, he was well built and quite handsome. Short black hair and shining blue eyes that showed his weariness. He could immediately notice that his master was a kind boy. No, from the look in his eyes, a look that said he had experienced extreme challenges throughout his life, he was a man. Hardened through battle and adversity, much like most of the Knights of the Round. Much like the wielder of the giant cross-shaped shield the young girl standing so close to him. His eyes narrowed dangerously at the girl wielding what was essentially the Round Table, or whatever it was that united the Knights. He would ignore it for now. He materialized his sword and ever so slightly bowed his head. "Sir Kay of the Round Table summoned as the servant Saber. I have been given a small gift to boost my power. Do not worry, master, I shall keep an eye out for any threats." The young man chuckled lightheartedly. "It's a pleasure to meet somebody of your standing, Sir Kay. I'm glad to see all the stories Arturia told about you were spot on." His eyes widened in surprise. 'Arturia? D-Did he just call the brat by her real name?' He sighed, she always threw new things to deal with straight at him without letting him prepare. Like when she just suddenly approached him in the castle, told him he was now the seneschal of Camelot and left without even looking back at his befuddled expression. The whole situation was made worse hearing Merlin and Bedivere snickering at his fate. "I would like to meet Arth-Arturia, master." He decided to ask without ceremony, best get things out of the way now than during an unexpected moment. He smirked when his master nodded and spoke into a speaker that seemed to be hidden in the thin bracelet he wore. "ALL KNIGHTS OF THE ROUND ARE TO REPORT TO MEETING ROOM #3 IN 15 MINUTES." His face paled when he heard that more of the knights would be coming. He truly hoped that Bedivere or Lancelot would be there and not someone like, say Agravain. He did not fear any of the knights, but he was not ready to face any of the judging faces he knew some of them would have. He had, after all, left Camelot while the King was out on an expedition to find Lancelot. He knew that Mordred was gathering forces for a Coup d'Γ©ta

I donβt like old stories. In particular, I donβt like other peopleβs old stories. Just what is so entertaining about having to listen to others brag about themselves? Iβd rather swim with salmon if I had the time for that. No, Iβm not saying I like salmon. If I have to swim, it is with a woman, and she better be a fine one at that. If all you want is to listen to me talk though, I will bear with it a bit. This is my attempt at what the poets do. With practice, it would be of use when wooing a woman who is not all there.
Five years; that was the age that we became family. Not my age, hers. I knew when I first laid eyes on her that her that she would be a beauty, but then my old man said to guide her as if she were my brother, and thatβs how I decided to see her. I didnβt think there was any chance in hell it could be kept a secret though.
King Uther was a man above other men, but still a man in the end. He probably knew that he would lose to the Picts in the North and in the coming battle against Vortigern, to say nothing of the Saxons. So he came up with the idea of making the next king, not one who was merely above other men, but something that was no man. A hybrid between man and dragon. The incarnation of the king born in the mold of a human body. Merlin loved it. He must have been running throughout the castle with his hands up in the air. What, you want me to stop embellishing what I havenβt seen? Iβm not guessing. Iβm certain thatβs what happened. You magi and your lot love the new, the foolhardy, the unimaginable.
Continuing on, the raw material of the king was made unbeknownst to all else, with King Utherβs blood, dragon blood, and the blood of a noble woman best suited for binding them together. There wasnβt a trace of romance in it. No exchange of letters, no secret rendezvous at night; just an act for leaving behind results. What, you think there was love in it? Are you daft man? Itβs because you canβt even understand that that youβre inhuman.
And that was how Arto β King Arthur was born.
They call it conceptual fertilization in magery so I hear. Not making a dragon a man, but giving a man the functions of a dragon. She may have been a human being at first, but thereβs something unnatural mixed inside.

#Hoshizora Meteo's message from the FGO: 2nd Anniversary Event Album.
He congrats on FGOβs first anniversary.
He has written a few scenarios for a few events including some that are yet to be announced.
His favorite characters are Romani-sensei and Charles Henri Sanson.
He wishes for trying to let Sanson get some spotlight because the character barely showed up after the Orleans chapter.
His favorite Knights of the Round Table is Sir Kay and asks when he is going to be implemented.
He wants to add imouto element and silly episodes for Artoria when Sir Kay joins.
He wonders about Sir Kay was even on the list of characters.
That is not the first message that Meteo asks for Sir Kay for the future implementation, the previous message from the FGO: 1st Episode Memorial BOOK, he wishes the same thing. It seems Keikenchi is not the only one who nagging Nasu there.
@gisinanki501501 posted the information of the Fate/Hollow Ataraxia scene: Sir Kay gets mentioned by Artoria when she gets into a competition with Illya and Sakura Matou as to who is the best little sister.
Sir Kay makes his debut in the FSNβs first CD drama, Garden of Avalon. He also appears in FSN UBW's Drama CD "Curtain Call ο½LET US DRIVE TOGETHERο½" when he talks to Emiya Shirou.
Sir Kay and Add from Lord El-Melloi II Case Files share their seiyuu, Daisuke Ono. Spoiler alert, >!Sir Kay appears in the novel is not a real servant and heβs not from the Throne of Heroes!<.
From Last Talk - Nasu Kinoko X Takeuchi Takashi Conversation, Meteo was responsible for the story of Saber playing soccer. You already can tell where this Meteoβs imouto episode speculation is coming from.
There's a confirmation of Sir Kay is a summonable servant. In Camelot/Zero, he was summoned along with the other knights by Lion King. Eventually, he was against Lion King's ideal then got slain off-screen. What do you think about him?
What kind of role awaits him FGO?
What do you expect of him as a playable servant?
Anything interesting to say about him people often doesn't know?
Let's share a bit of everything we know about him.
sorry for the title but my coursemate and I already texted him (with URGENT as an opening title) and until now hindi pa siya nag-rereply. do you guys have any news from him?? he's my prof on KAS 1.
His breath can last Nine Days and Nine Night even under water .
Nine Days and Nine Nights he can go without sleep.
He wound anyone with his sword that no doctor can cure.
He can be as Tall as the Tallest tree in the forest.
His hand generates enough heat that when its raining at it's heaviest the rain dry's up on his hand and his hand can be used for Kindling a Fire.
Also Sir Kay and Bedivere are fricken strong! They went with Culhwch a cousin of Arthur to meet Chief Giant Ysbaddaden so they could ask for Ysbaddadens daughters hand in marriage for Culhwch and they visted him about 4 times and during 3 of those 4 times The Giant threw a Stone spear laced with poison at them as they where leaving and on the first day Sir Kay caught it by himself and threw it back at him ,Bedivere did the same on the 2nd day and Culhwch did the same on the 3rd day.
Hiya! Fairly new lurker, first time poster. Hullo to the herd, to Moonhorse, Sango- how's it hangin?
Now buckle UP kids, throw a big ol' log on that fire and hunker down. I have a story to tell.
Context- I'm in my mid-20s, I work as a freelance artist and a bakery supervisor. I'm nonbinary and use they/them pronouns, but was assigned female- and during most of this tale still presented as such. Since my late high school years I've had short, brightly colored hair. I'm a very thoughtful and empathetic person, and I've always had weird/spooky or nerdy interests. I had hit the weeb phase hard, love Dark Fantasy, read too much Gaiman and all that.
I 100% give off MANIC PIXIE DREAM GIRL energy. (It's the Bright Hair, Creative Arts Degree, and Depression/ Anxiety- which I am now managing with meds and therapy.) I know this about myself, and I absolutely LOATHE it, since it means I have to deal with (primarily) men who fall in love with this weird idealized version of me- and I have to explain to them I am 1. Not A Woman and 2. Not Here to Fix Their Shit 3. Not Even REMOTELY Interested In Trying, Thanks.
Enter our Nice Guy- Sir Kay. I met him while I worked at a Haunted House about Sophomore year of high school. He was a sweet dude, very fun and boisterous- making him great to work with. He brought such energy into a room it made the nights fly by when we were working the haunt, and the hot summer days working on set pieces bearable. We would get subtly flirty- I remember him even PICKING ME UP one time and throwing me over his shoulder and saying something along the lines of "Sorry Gentleman but I'm taking THIS ONE to be my wife." I enjoyed the attention as in my experience prior, I was one of the "weird art kids" in a small town who got asked about as a joke a lot. But he was just out of high school- I think we were 3/4 years apart exactly? - so we opted to just remain friends. Not gonna lie, he had really pretty long, smooth, black hair- but a scarggly chin/neck beard with no stache and clothes that- when he wasn't in costume- looked like he had robbed a homeless man twice his size. And by the state of the garments, it'd been a ROUGH fight.
During the off season we didn't talk as much- we fell out of touch as I prepared for my last year of school and my journey away to college. During this time, I actually started dating my high school sweetheart. I was super happy in this relationship, I was excited to go away to school to study art- thi

To recap- I'm in my mid 20s now, bakery supervisor and freelance artist. I use they/them pronouns. Our tale began when I was a Sophomore in High School- and on our conclusion it was the Summer before I went to college. I was in a LTR with my High School Sweetheart, Sven- someone who I would not still be with by the end of my Freshman year of college. This will tie in with this tale.
Our Nice Guy is SIR KAY, a silky haired vagrant vagabond. I met him working at a Haunted House. Very dramatic- was an ex-theater kid, was "in love with me".
I had left Kay's apartment after his Smooch, drowned it in coffee- moved on with my life. For those wondering, while my partner had certainly not been HAPPY about allowing this, he had given me the go ahead on this unfortunate locking of lips. But Sven was a very soft person, and we had both had it in our heads at the time that it was 'just a kiss' and that it was well worth me being left alone from then on if Kay kept his promise- not to mention, it got me out of there safely. We had both figured it would be the quickest, easiest way to end things with the least hurt feelings.
Neither of us thought about it, or Kay at all. Most of my time would be taken up with my first year of college, my first time living on my own. I had the freedom to be my own person! I made new friends, explored The Big City- it was wonderful. Sven, meanwhile, had stayed in our home town and went to community college to try and get his Associates for Art so he could transfer to my 4 year school with me. This...wouldn't end up working out. But for now, back to Kay-- or rather, in a sense...Kay gets back to me.
I had gotten used to receiving the odd message from him. Nothing frequent. I still cared about him regardless of the (in retrospect) manipulative bullshit stunt he pulled.* I was naive, and I wanted to see the best in people. I was from Podunk nowhere, and while I had been warned about people trying to wrestle you into the back of your car or spiking your drink- no one had warned me about psychological manipulation like I was experiencing here. This message stood out, though.
"I have good news!! :) I'M GETTING MARRIED!" ...now I had heard mention of him getting a girlfriend sometime over the late Summer/early Fall. We were now in Winter. They were maybe tog
