Season 1 was constantly building up to and alluding to some plot or secret Andrew had and some coming plot twist with a sort of dark or mysterious cliffhanger at the end of each episode but not much came of it. Of course the season ended with us finding out Andrew had been to prison for a hit and run, followed by the twist that Juliet (Andrew's french chef) story that he took the blame for her mother's drunk driving wasn't true, as the passenger would be held liable for allowing the drunk person to drive as well. But that was underwhelming unless it turns out to be part of something bigger, like an intentional murder by Andrew as part of a larger criminal plot.

I really liked the idea since it added an intrigue to it that made the show more than just another Mitchell and Webb sitcom but it didn't amount to much in Season 1 and it felt like the writers weren't really sure of what Andrew's deal was themselves. Do you think this might be why it's taken 3 and a half years for season 2? I'm assuming we're getting it soon, as it filmed in October.

Any predictions for where Andrew's story will go in Season 2? Will it get darker? Though I highly doubt it will go anywhere near this far, it'd be really cool to see it take a dark twist like Parasite halfway through and go from a comedy to more of a dark drama - even a fraction of that would be really cool.

I just started watching Veep a couple of weeks ago and am loving it immensely! The writing on the show is simply stunning and I always make a point to look at who has written a particular episode. The all British writer's room of Iannucci, Simon Blackwell, Tony Roche, Sean Grey et al is honestly one of the most talented teams ever and I've even loved all the other different projects they've worked on like Death of Stalin, Four Lions, The Day Shall Come and Succession so I'm kinda sceptical about the show after Iannucci and a lot of the team left the show after season 4. Is it worth pursuing? Does it ever reach the highs of the first four seasons?

I don't think I've seen anyone mention this here yet but Itch.io are taking a leaf out of Bandcamp's book and having a day where creators/publishers get 100% of revenue share. so if you do fancy picking up some new stuff it's a good day to do it. I loved the Posse Member system in Dead Rising 3 and I've been wondering how it would work in the first game. I have decided to give most of the survivors stats if they were recruitable posse members. These are;

Keep in mind, my son is 4 years old, so everything is an original to him.

I had to work late into the evening yesterday, and he was just going to bed when I got home. I had left home for the office nearly 14 hours prior, had a long day, lots of meetings, traffic, etc.

When I walked through the door, I was exhausted, run down, and starving. My wife hugged me and asked how my day was, and I replied, "Done. It was a good day, but has got me exhausted. I just want to grab a bite and go to bed. I'm hungry."

From my son's bedroom, I hear him shout, "Hi Hungry! Nice to meet you!"

Not only did it make me laugh, but I completely forgot about how hungry and tired I was. I went to his bedroom, and we laughed together about it. It was exactly what I needed.
