A list of puns related to "Silent Siren"
I usually use a Japanese Spotify account for new released music but the album seems not there. I checked mora, Apple Music and LINE Music as well, I can't t find it. Do you have the same problem? And have they announced something like this that it's physical only?
but with this blurry vision and chest pain, I don't think I'm helping anybody today
So I veered left into the oncoming lane.
Okay, before the pitchforks, I want to start by saying that whatever this is could totally be Silent Hill, Iโm not here to โdebunkโ that, and thereโs definitely something weird going on with the shop tweets. I just want to go over a bunch of things that sort of work as the โother side of the coinโ, things that people have lined up with Silent Hill that also line up with Siren.
For those that have no idea what Siren is, itโs Sonyโs spiritual successor to Silent Hill that involved many members of the original team. Said team left last year to make their own original horror IP, however Sony still completely owns the Siren rights.
The basic (full spoilers ahead, theyโre needed to make sense of the weird connections) plot of Siren is that the deeply religious rural town of โHanudaโ is controlled by a secret cult called the Mana who want to resurrect an alien god named Datatsushi that they ate many years ago. When a paranormal investigator interrupts one of the rituals, the town is thrown into an alternate dimension that exists outside of space and time.
In this alternate town, all water has been replaced by โred waterโ, which is blood of the alien god they ate, going as far as surrounding the town in a literal ocean of the stuff. The titular siren, also known as the godโs call, compels people to come in contact with the red water, which turns them into weird zombie-like creatures called Shibito.
Eventually, itโs revealed that two separate rituals failed 27 years apart, and the resulting Hanuda is a weird mishmash of abandoned parts of the town that were โabductedโ in 1976, and parts that were abducted in 2003.
Now, depending on how closely youโve followed all this, a few of those terms might have stuck out to you. For example, the number 27 has been referenced a few times as being tied to the day that PT was canceled, however it also has important ties to Siren. Similarly, all the talk in the trailer of things like a blood cult hunting you down as prey, in Godโs Town? That can totally apply to Siren.
Perhaps the most obvious connection is Demon Blood, the โSiren Headโ-covered game that Hasan recently played. Besides the obvious connection of Siren itself, itโs not exactly that far of a stretch to connect this โDemon Bloodโ with the Red Water that is literally the blood of a god, or the blood cult of Abandoned.
The term โRed Waterโ might just be familiar to a few of you that have gone especially deep down the rabbit hole, too weโll get to that in just
... keep reading on reddit โกToday just before 2pm at the corner of Reed and State, some idiot sheriff almost caused 2 accidents crossing thru the intersection (turning left onto state from reed) because the siren was almost inaudible. Like I literally wouldnโt have heard it at all if I had my A/C full blast. Had I made my turn from state onto reed, it would have been a t bone crash. Another truck who was passing thru the intersection continuing straight on state, almost ran right into a pole trying to dodge the sheriff because the siren was so quiet. This truck had a bed full of tree logs and branches. Straight up cheated a final destination death. The tire marks in the grass from the guys brakes were so deep in the ground.
Anyway, just be careful and extra aware of your surroundings while driving, riding, biking, walkingโฆ existing in Fort Wayne. And why are our fwpd and ambulance sirens so quiet? They werenโt like that 10 years ago. You can barely hear any of them if theyโre farther than 3 cars away.
Unrelated, but sorry for posting so much. Iโm sure plenty of people are sick of me on here, but this is a bit important.
