I know in the grand scheme of everything that happened in this weekβs episode, that this is very minute. However, why would Lisa choose to wear jean shorts to yoga where you can (and she did) fall in water? Any self-respecting person who dealt with wet jean hems in the late 90s/early 2000s KNOWS how terrible that is. And even worse in and around your crotch.
So I have been going to each of the yoga classes this particular teacher hosts at my climbing gym since Thanksgiving time - twice a week. I have a massive crush on her, and I would like to try to ask her out for a drink or tea or meal or whatever.
However, it is hard to know what is appropriate in a teacher-student yoga setting with other students. Also, I don't want to shoot my shot then make it weird because she is a good teacher, and I am doing yoga the most frequently in my life and feel great because of it.
She is always giving me special attention in class, maybe because I am her most regular student at that venue. It is hard to distinguish between her being nice as a teacher and her potential romantic interest in me.
After class yesterday, she explained to me individually at the beginning of class (which I found interesting) and the class as a whole at the end that the venue may have to pause in-person classes because of covid for the next couple of weeks.
After class, I casually mentioned how I was looking forward to yoga around the holidays. Then someone else asked her if she taught elsewhere, and she started on about her Instagram account.
Now I never go on Instagram, but I did last night...probably to check out her profile as I was intrigued.
And what do you know, she had requested to follow me! Now I don't know when she sent that request, but I presume it was last night. I haven't accepted her follow yet because I don't have insta on my phone and honestly barely go on there. But that seemed like a move by her to request me....or was it just her trying to expand her business???
I was thinking about accepting her follow, following her back, and going to one of her classes at a different venue to switch things up and see if there is interest on her part.
Am I misinterpreting signs, and what is your advice for proceeding going forward?
So I have an x380 yoga that's about 3 years old. The battery report shows 89.6% capacity and 291 cycles. 45,710 mWh capacity over 51,000 mWh design. I ran a test from 100% to 0%, it lasted 6 hours 3 minutes watching youtube/netflix.

- battery slider: better performance
- bluetooth headphones connected
- full disk encryption, if that makes a difference
Is this normal?
I understand 13.6hr advertised battery life is a bit of a stretch, but 6 hours seems low with it basically doing nothing but streaming video. I did clean install of windows when I bought it lightly used. Do the windows images from Lenovo make that much of a difference? Thanks.
update: 8hr 45min on 4/10 brightness, battery slider on "better battery", all other test conditions the same
Hey all, Iβve been working on healing capsulitis on the 4th MPJ/plantar plate sprain from hyperextending my toes. Podiatrist told me to do short foot, but no matter what technique I try I usually have pain in the joint when I try and contract my mid foot (itβs never more than a mild pain but doesnβt feel like a good kind). Toe Yoga on the other hand seems to awaken muscles and actually make the joint feel good while Iβm doing it. Should I abandon the short foot exercise? Will I be missing important muscles if I do so?
