The Serbian Renewal Movement (SRM) was the first major pro-European political party in Serbia, and is still the largest and loudest voice for that ideology. If its loyalties are to be decided, then it stands firmly with the West - and at a time where everyone has to pick a side, we cannot ask for much more.
It's for this reason that the European Federation's now getting into contact with SRM leaders in NATO-controlled Serbia to discuss their interest in receiving NATO sponsorship in coming elections, virtually ensuring their rise to power as the government of the safe half of Serbia. At this point, we have lost confidence in the Serbian Government's willingness to negotiate without hiding behind Russia, so drastic measures are needed to ensure that this business is solved.
The SRM need give very little for this, beyond a commitment to fairly govern and cooperate with NATO forces, and a promise to support NATO peacekeeping. We have no intention to interfere with the SRM in its work. While there may be questions about associating with NATO (and if you like, you can do so discreetly), we are confident that the recent removal of all Danubian forces out has likely won a fair bit of goodwill from those who did not want them there, as does our commitment to a free and peaceful Serbia.
Furthermore, if the SRM were to become a government, it would have a voice in peace negotiations, and an ability to see its will accomplished in that field. So, do we have a deal?

Iβm serious. We at least are owed that. Iβd like to circulate it and actually make it heard by a lot of people but Iβm unsure how to go about doing that. I feel like nurses have gotten little to nothing in the way of breaks during this crisis. Anyone agree? I'm seeing a lot more workers not putting up with rampant abuse, unpaid overtime, poor work conditions, being promised a raise for 3+ years, so on so forth. When I say "not put up with", I mean finding a different job. I'd love to see the statistics of employee turnover in the US for the last 6-12 months or so.
I recognize that America is a long, long, long way from being union friendly again but I feel like this labor market tilting in favor of the worker is a nice preview of what could come. Also curious what you guys are seeing out there in your area.
