I have been doing this art for almost two years now and my medium for this is Sketch pad and Oil Pastel. First time opening commissions currently because of financial problems and also I am still practicing my gouache and oil painting so I can have canvas too! I was recently reading up on the Filipino history and I found it interesting that the Japanese collaborators from the Second Philippine Republic were only given a slap on the wrist and let go for what essentially was treason. Some even went back to being successful politicians!
For comparison German collaborators in Poland were almost all executed or given lengthy prison sentences (usually life), those that were eventually released were ostracised for the rest of their lives.
Can someone shed some light on this light treatment?
