A list of puns related to "Santa Maria Style Barbecue"
Is there anywhere you can get proper Santa Maria style barbecue in the Bay Area? It sounds delicious and I'd love to try some.
Iβm looking to sell my pellet smoker ( donβt use it now that I have my charcoal/wood oven/smoker) and get a Santa Maria / Parrilla style grill as Iβve always been fascinated by this direct heat style long cook.
It provides a focal point for parties and is a lot more engaging and I have a lot of South American friends that love this style of cooking.
Iβm looking more seriously at the new nuke puma that just came out. Does anyone have any other suggestions with approx 25-30 inches width of cooking space?
Would also love a rotisserie option. Does anyone know any aftermarket universal rotisserie that may attach to a unit that doesnβt have one natively built in.
I currently have my Weber Kettle. A charcoal smoker(smokey mountain). And a pellet grill(camp chef). I saw the Santa Maria attachment and it looks fun. I've never grilled with logs before. I saw that the tri tip is a part of the typical santa maria meal. I can already make a tasty reverse seared tri tip on the camp chef. Would the Santa Maria top it? Can someone with the attachment let me know what they think of it or just the style of grilling in general?
