Does anyone know the trail condition? Is it muddy due to rainfall or is it dried out?

As the title says, I'm interested in starting an in-person local for Street Fighter V. I'm located in SLO County. There doesn't appear to be any other FGCs within a 2 hour drive except for the Smash FGC at Cal Poly, but they're being forced to limit their attendance to students only for the time being. I have reached out to their discord for interest as well.
I've wanted to start this for a couple years, and Covid really put things on hold. SLO County's numbers are doing well, and more businesses are opening up.
This post is intended to find other local players. If you know someone who doesn't visit this sub who you think would be interested, or if you have a community of other players in the area that you'd feel comfortable reaching out to for this, I'd greatly appreciate it. At this time, I only have 3 consistent players. We get together in my living room to play every other week. I'm in the process of finding a venue, but I also want to generate more interest.
So far my only SFV experience has been online only. Not having a local was a bummer, so I've decided to start my own. Players of all skills, or even people who have never played before, would be welcome.
