A list of puns related to "Saint Roch"

P.S. - I should've posted this yesterday. ROCH broke past $30 at the very last minute, so to speak.
French noble who early developed a sympathy for the poor and sick; reported to have been born with the image of a red cross on his breast. Orphaned at age 20, he gave his fortune to the poor, and became a mendicant pilgrim. While on pilgrimage Roch encountered an area afflicted with plague. He stayed to minister to the sick, and affected several miraculous cures, usually by making the sign of the cross over them, but contracted the plague himself. He walked into a forest to die, but was befriended by a dog. The dog fed him with food stolen from his master’s table, and Roch eventually recovered. When Roch returned to Montpellier, France, he was arrested for being a spy. He languished in jail for five years, never mentioning his noble connections, cared for by an angel until his death.

Bonjour my Quebec City friends!
Me and my girlfriend are driving up from New Brunswick to QC next weekend. I only visited as a kid as part of a school trip and she hasnt been in about 15 years or so. Our itinerary for 3 days includes exploring old quebec, taking in the german christmas market, doing the ferry , montmorency falls, the aquarium. We are also going to Cirque Corteo at the Videotron Centre.
We are staying at the Best Western in St Roch and was looking for some local recommendations on inexpensive places that would have live music. Nothing fancy just somewhere where we can have a drink and listen to some acoustic music, or if you know of something more unique that might be something a tourist might miss. We plan on checking out bar macfly one evening and thought some live music would be a good way to finish the evening.
I plan on dinner at La Korrigane one night and it seems like they might have music some nights.
Thanks!
c'est comme Saint Roch et son chien
Lafleur: "St. Roch (Rocco) was a 13th century Italian saint who, afflicted by the plague, was nursed back to health by his faithful dog. The expression was popular in 18th century France."
I've been reading on the seven deadly sins and heavenly virtues and one Saint I learned who's associated with weight loss and restraining from eating is Saint Margaret of Cortona. Because of this, even though she's not officially canonized by the church as Patron Saint of Temperance, she pretty much is the Saint people ask intercession for with this specific virtue. Not just in regards to food and weight loss, but temperance and self control for anything in general be it drugs, avoiding indulging in lust with your wife because you can't get enough of her, etc.
I need help with self restraint in non-food stuff so I'm going to start a novena and continue asking her intercession afterwards daily. So I'm curious what candle color is she associated with?I mean green for example is often used in novenas with Saint Jude because he's often associated with money, red with Saint Martin as the military saint, etc.
I know self discipline is generally associated with purple and spirituality and not just in Catholicism but across various cultures as a universal symbol (and its even associated with royalty in some such as Japanese and the ancient Greeks heck even modern Greeks). So I assume the candle associated with Margaret of Cortona is purple?
In addition while I learned Saint Roch is the Patron Saint of dogs, I also learned Margaret is also heavily associated with dogs because of an incident in her life and according to the weblink I found (which was the only one stating it), Margaret is an alternative patron of dogs and probably the one people ask intercession with the most after Roch in regards to dogs (at least in Italy as the article says). Basically if your dog is sick with a stomach problem or if your puppy ran away from home and you're searching for him after he's been missing for weeks, or whatever other dog related problems you have, you can ask with Margaret of Cortona for help and intercession if you lack a Saint Roch statue. Need help cutting dog's nails? The article says go ahead pray to Margaret!
So I am wondering if she's the second Patron of Dogs as the article says? Since wikipedia doesn't list it as her patronages.
What are typical prayers I can do in the novena and following intercessions?
Also I heard she suffered from Lust in her youth. I know temperance already covers controlling lust but since she was horny as a young girl and struggled with it, growing out of it only when she decided to join the Franciscans, can I ask for intercession f
