[Review] Goyard Saint Louis Tote GM in Black from TS Pink

Just received my tote yesterday! I'm so excited to start using this bag. I have the auth LV Neverfull in monogram and wanted a change - to be specific a black casusal tote, this checks all the boxes for me and I think I might actually like it more than the Neverfull (I will still go back to it at some point for a change again or for specific outfits). I ordered this with my friend who got the white version and I'm already thinking about what color to get next. White is very cute for summer. The plan is to go back into the office in person in August or September so I chose black because I want to use it for work (and possibly get an insert) and I felt like black will work best for my work wardrobe, which like so many others, is mostly black. I don't have much experience with Goyard. I've seen it infrequently on women at the mall, which is part of the appeal for me. I love my Neverfull and will always use it but I think I've seen it a bit too much and I'm in the mood for a more subtle pattern vs the monogram look.

• Quality 10/10 My assessment is from an untrained eye - I have literally not touched an authentic so I cannot compare the quality, material, fabric, etc to the authentic. The leather straps, the canvas and interior lining feel great to me. I can look for flaws in terms of construction, craftsmanship, stitching or alignment, and all are very very cleanly done. No loose threads or misaligned stitching. No odd or chemical smell to the bag at all (I've read some reviews about odd smells - I was a little nervous going in for a sniff lol).
