Basically the title. Is there anything (aside from money for the boat) that says I canβt just get a boat and sail away and just do whatever? I have a boating license and I can get a boat relatively easily.
Side question: Any suggestions on what kind and size of boat? Sometimes I feel like a sailboat would be cool but idk if I would want a very small boat when it gets stormy and stuff.
Has anyone here sold everything, moved onto a sailboat and sailed anywhere they wanted and regretted it?
I have been planning on living on a boat for sometime now but the plan has always been when the kids are grown and possibly in retirement. The problem is we are not guaranteed tomorrow and I feel like Iβm wasting time that Iβm not guaranteed. So Iβm putting more thought into doing it sooner than later, the wife is against it saying itβs to much risk, so hence my question, I cannot find anyone who regrets it. Sure Iβve heard of people who did it for a few years and got tired of it and went back to normal life but they didnβt seem to regret the experience.
It was definitely a comedy, because I remember the play being "so beautiful" and making some guards cry

This is a token event. By playing normally or in Live Party, you will receive tokens based on your song's stamina cost and your Score Rank. Event Points are also received, with the exact same amount of tokens (fewer Event Points from Live Party). You can also spend twice the amount of stamina to play normal songs and to receive twice the amount of tokens, EXP, money, fans, and Event Points.
You can play the event song by spending these tokens. Event Points are awarded for completing the song based on difficulty and Score Rank, but no tokens will be awarded. You can spend 2x or 4x of the tokens to play the event song. Similarly, you receive 2x or 4x the amount of Event Points, EXP, money, and fans.
The maximum number of tokens you can hold is 99999. Any extra tokens will be lost.
You can receive 300 tokens daily by visiting the event page.
Event-only business are available and give out some Event Points and Tokens.
Rewards are handed out 15 hours after the end of the event.

Recently reinstalled Gentoo, and actually went WAY WAY WAY more conservative than my previous 6 year old install was. Hadn't played PoE2 for about a year, and decided to reinstall it. No errors came up running the install script or the install scripts for any dlc.
Start up the game, works fine. New game, seems fine...Berath isn't sitting down and is instead standing clipped into the edge of the table. Get to the ship...Eder is standing, then sitting, then standing again...ok...get equipped go out on deck. Get through the dialog and...and then the enemies jup up in the air and get stuck. Their ship sails away, and I can move on deck just fine. Talking to Eder he keeps telling me to get equipped and go up on deck.
Really not sure what is going on. Back when I had a full on ricer gentoo install, game worked flawlessly. Any ideas as to what is going on?
Anyone else have a similar bug?

Attempted a fresh install of the game with no dlc. Same issue...actually things may have been worse this time. Thinking about trying an older version?
I used to torrent back in 2012-2014ish. Back then all I did was use uTorrent and thepiratebay, no protections whatsoever. My question is what has changed in that time? Is the only real difference using a VPN now? If so, what VPNs are trusted and why? Is thepiratebay still a thing? Do people still use uTorrent? I'm not really sure where to take these questions but I though this would be a good place to start β
I cook, clean and swim like a fish. At 45, I have very little fear for this world and would like to make a drastic change to my life. I'll do the dirty work.
