Very often are support and resources in the music industry distributed disproportionately. We are trying to eliminate this gap and allow for more room for women and non-binary people in the industry.

I’ve only done one of five blocks of listening, and I’ve already noticed subtle but powerful differences.
As a Freeze/Flight type, I can engage in conversation with curiosity and pause. I went and sat in the park before work this morning, kicked my shoes off and just watched the birds for 15 minutes mindfully, when I’m permanently in my own head and fearful of danger or judgment.
The last two nights, I’ve slept soundly. I’ve felt tired, when I’m usually too adrenalised to go to sleep without medication.
Things that usually trigger me into a panic at work don’t send my heart racing. I’m able to notice the sensations in my body, rationally talk to myself about why they’re happening, and calmly approach a solution.
This is the most difference I’ve noticed in years of therapy, and I’m only one-fifth through the program.
How was I not aware of this protocol before?
