A list of puns related to "Run For Your Wife"
Hi everyone, I completed my 11k run this morning, and with it, my annual goal. At the beginning of the year, I set a goal to run "10/k every day" on average. I tried to keep weekly distance steady at 70-75k.
And today I ran over 3650k for the year.
Iβm a 51 year old guy and I've been a runner my whole life, but it fell by the wayside over the last 10 years (work, kids, coaching in the evenings). But I started running regularly again in March 2020 when I was required to work mostly from home. That meant I had more time to run, and I really needed it: itβs been a benefit to my mental and physical health.
I increased my distance slowly, and lost almost 40 pounds with it.
So I was happy to achieve one of my goals today. What goals did you set this year? Have you achieved those? Did you come close? Both are worth celebrating!
Next year, Iβm going try to make it to 4000 km before the end of 2022. Thatβs my main goal, I think the second is to do at least one run that exceeds marathon distance (50K). What kind of goals do you have set for next year?
Good luck everyone, happy solstice, happy running, and happy new year!
Like the title says, I have a younger son who loves Pokemon. We wanted to do more together outside and this was an idea we found online. 3 days in, and it's been wildly successful! We live close to three Pokestops and we have lots of gifts we want to try and share with daily so he doesn't run out of pokeballs so quickly. We certainly appreciate the mutual friendship of gift exchanging! Here are our friends codes: 255364371328 & 457021715020

In the United States, anyone can run to be the presidential candidate of a party. Who is allowed to vote in party primaries varies from state to state. There are several kinds of primaries.
Closed primaries
In general, a voter seeking to vote in a closed primary must first be a registered party member. Typically, the voter affiliates with a party on his or her voter registration application. This system deters βcross-overβ voting by members of other parties. Independent or unaffiliated voters, by definition, are excluded from participating in the party nomination contests. This system generally contributes to a strong party organization.
Closed primary states: Delaware
Maryland
New York
Florida
Nevada
Oregon
Kentucky
New Mexico
Pennsylvania
Partially closed primaries
In this system, state law permits political parties to choose whether to allow unaffiliated voters or voters not registered with the party to participate in their nominating contests before each election cycle. In this type of system, parties may let in unaffiliated voters, while still excluding members of opposing parties. This system gives the parties more flexibility from year-to-year about which voters to include. At the same time, it can create uncertainty about whether or not certain voters can participate in party primaries in a given year.
Partially closed primary states:
Connecticut
Idaho
Oklahoma
North Carolina
South Dakots
Utah
Partially open primaries
This system permits voters to cross party lines, but they must either publicly declare their ballot choice or their ballot selection may be regarded as a form of registration with the corresponding party. Iowa asks voters to choose a party on the state voter registration form, yet it allows a primary voter to publicly change party affiliation for purposes of voting on primary Election Day. Some state parties keep track of who votes in their primaries as a means to identify their backers.
Partially Open Primary States:
Illinois
Ohio
Indiana
Tennessee
Iowa
Wyoming
Open to unaffiliated voters primaries
A number of states allow only unaffiliated voters to participate in any party primary they choose, but do not allow voters who are registered with one party to vote in another partyβs primary. This system differs from a true open primary because a Democrat cannot cross over and vote in a Republican party primary, or vice versa. New Hampshire requires that unaffiliated voters declare affiliat

Good Evening,
So my wife has this circular pendant that was on a necklace and broke. The pendant had a tiny loop attached to it that broke off so now it is not connected to anything. I bought a new chain but now I have to figure out how to connect the chain to the circular pendant. I am prepared to sodder if needed.
Here is the chain and it's specs: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01N1HJ1NP/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Now, I don't know if I need to get a bail or not but I was thinking I needed to order a small black ring that I can sodder onto the circular pendant. Only problem is I have googled for hours and do not know where to find such a part. ANY help or advice would be most appreciated!
What would you rather get for Christmas?
Because she was chasing our mini weenos around playing with them.
This is the best tl;dr I could make, original reduced by 82%. (I'm a bot)

Mark Cucuzella is a doctor, professor, and minimalist shoe store owner. I found it interesting that he has hallux valgus and hallux limitus but has been able to control his pain. He is an inspiration to me.
But it just made scents to me.
But I think it's a load of crap.
