A list of puns related to "Royal Institute Of Chemistry"
my_qualifications : B.Sc. Chemistry Hons. from DU
I did my BSc in Chemistry Honours from DU. I was thinking of doing masters in Chemical Sciences from abroad but due to some financial problems, I couldn't.
So, now I am looking into Data Science as a career option. But some reputed institutes like Springboard are asking for 8 lakhs for a course of just 6 months. I'm not sure if it's worth it.
So the answers I'm looking are for
Is it worth doing a course in data science from India?
Is it possible to have a good career by doing them online? e.g Coursera
Should I skip this and go forward with Masters?
Thankyou in advance for all the responses.
The fact that top scientists take the time to do this and the bbc bothers to put it on is brilliant.

Good luck, everyone!
Hi, I was wondering if anyone who has done a PhD at MPI could share their experience
I am coming from the US btw

This is a safety/news post. A graduate student at one of the largest chemistry institutes in China died today in an accident. She removed a hydrothermal autoclave reactor from a furnace, and attempted to open it before it cooled down to room temperature. She couldnβt open it initially but exerted more force, causing the top of the reactor to fly off right into her skull. She died on the spot. A (Chinese) source can be found here and here. I also obtained personal sources from those close to the lab where the incident occurred.
I use those kinds of steel-bomb reactors frequently, and I have also been impatient with opening it. I never realized it was this big of a hazard. Stay safe everyone and be careful of anything with pressure π
insert rant
This building saves about 650 resources and unlocks 2 techs earlier than normally (bloodlines and stirrups). Even for all-in crossbow rush this seems somewhat shit, since you can make your crossbows better, but you do not get an option to mass them beforehand using the tech to push you over the edge - besides, the tech itself is very expensive.
Any ideas?
I was watching the trailer for Nightmare Alley, and the building at the beginning looked really familiar. I went back and checked the re:View of Strange Brew, and it's The Royal Canadian Institute for the Mentally Insane!
One chemistry course I liked the look of at Birmingham (Chemistry with a Modern Foreign language) aren't accredited by the Royal Society of Chemistry. Does this matter? The other MSci courses for chemistry are accredited at Birmingham
