A list of puns related to "Royal Brunei Armed Forces"
The Bruneian armed forces together with 5000 Sundan marines, deployed from 10 Indenence class littoral combat ships have marched on the Royal palace. They managed to get through the crowds without anyone getting hurt due to the confusion that hit as it was revealed Malaya was the culprit behind this atrocious acts.
In the royal palace they managed to quickly secured the new Sultan safety, and brought him to an undisclosed location. However when they attempted to move on the high ranking military officials that orchestrated the coup, a firefight ensued. In the resulting battle 12 men lost their lives, of which 3 Indonesian marines, and 1 innoncent civilian when an lost bullet went through a window Whilst the traitor lost 8 before surrendering to their numerically superior underlings.
Two traitor generals have managed to slip away during the confusion, and are believed the have gone to Malaya to ask for refuge. A total of 500 men have been arrested on charges of betrayal of the nation.
After the royal palace had been retaken, the Sultan made a Royal decree in which his emergency powers had become cemented, he officially joined Sunda, and the military officials who helped put him back into power were granted positions left vacant by the traitors.
All required documents were consigned by the Sundan embassador, and leader of the negotiation party, who had nevertheless left.
First off, I can see theres already quite a few threads of this nature around, so I hope one more doesnt piss anybody off. Many apologies if this is a redundant post. I'm a Canadian Army infanteer of about 2 years and am not going where I want with my career. I'm looking for something a bit more challenging and the Royal Marines, from everything I've heard, are just what I'm looking for. I've already seen from other posts that Commonwealth troops arent currently being taken on-I'll just wait and keep checking every month or so. I was more looking to pick the brains of some of you guys, specifically any commonwealth troops, about the recruiting process specifically and Marine life in general. I know theres already a link to recruitment, but I read the recruitment literature for the CAF as well and was let down massively-I was hoping to get some info from the horses mouth. Googling has not been much help. How long did recruitment take for you Commonwealth guys? Did you get jerked around a lot? Was any prior service recognized? Hows the work/life balance (specifically with spouses)? Are there a lot of available courses (jump/recon/etc) and are they difficult to get on? Thanks a lot in advance for any advice or insight you can give.
I've always been a bit of a military buff. I enjoy reading about swat teams, black ops, navy seals, IDF and all the other elite teams.
I know Brunei is developing a military force. Saw some guys parachuting out of the plane. Even heard a story where the parachute failed, but is not told in public.
So what do you know about Brunei's military - if it were up to me , I'd say develop it further. Take the money from the mosques and let's train a Bruneian special forces to take out extremists and terrorists.
Here's Singapore's special operations force in action, probably known to be the most well trained forces in East Asia, generally this whole part of the world sans Russia, who trains with delta six from the US and many others in the world.

First of all, I'd like to acknowledge NOT ALL police force is unreliable. I am pretty sure many of them are of caliber and reliable as well.
I'd like to share a story of one that happened.
I am not going to put up so much detail of the story for a privacy purpose. So basically, one close family I know, family member A has attacked his parent to which she suffered bleeding. The whole family including the parent ran into the nearby house for help.
Family member A(attacker) has been known to have a slight mental disorder due to something I wouldn't disclose. Back to my story, after reaching the neighbour's house, police has been made informed. The attacker was left alone in the house while the whole family was staying in the nearby house for safety. The parent has been treated to hospital
Ok, so this is the main problem. The police has been informed at time X through an emergency call. Kid you not, the police only came in AFTER 3 FRIGGIN HOURS LONG. The whole family including the house owner of where the family seek for shelter waited THAT LONG. It wasn't even during any busy day or busy hour. In fact, the road could have been dead empty. There shouldn't be reason for being traffic jam and stuff like that.
To anyone who gonna say this isn't emergency, well bless your heart. The attacker was still at the house. Anything could have happened at that state. Good thing there was a neighbour.
This isn't the first time RBPF is being questionable with their work ethics but COUNTLESS TIME and COUNTLESS SIMILAR STORIES. Just awhile ago, someone else made a complain here of having the police not attending at the scene AT ALL giving an unethical excuse with "BUSY"???
While police is busy doing roadblocks just to show people they are are doing work and confiscating cigarettes, higher authority needs to revise this kind of work ethic before the public is losing the trust that's slowly fading.
Once again, I know not all the police is like this, but apparently MORE AND MORE are showing the bad side of it.
