A list of puns related to "Ronnie Mitchell"
Does anyone else wish she was still alive, especially now with Gray Atkins running about doing all of these terrible things? It’s a cliche thing with Ronnie to always come across the terrible men, but I could’ve seen some potential with her bringing him down one way or another. She knew a horrid man when she saw one, and she wouldn’t have let him take her out easily if he lost his shit and attacked her.
Do you think they'd hit it off or be rivals? I think both characters are - or were :o - similar to each other..

... keep reading on reddit ➡Prior to 2021, we would be reaching the halfway point of the NFL regular season right. With a 17th game, there is no clean midway point of the season, so this is still close enough. The league standings are starting to take shape and it is clear which teams should start thinking about which players they could draft come April.
I am so excited that mock draft season is heating up. With tons of college football action already in the books, we are starting to get a sense for who the top prospects in the upcoming 2022 NFL draft will be. We still have a long way to go though before final rankings are in or the draft order is even set, so this more about starting to familiarize ourselves with upcoming team needs on the NFL side and players to watch as the college season continues.
This is the most up-to-date draft order according to Tankathon through the conclusion of Sunday Night Football. The outcome of Chiefs-Giants on Monday night will likely see each team slide a couple spots in either direction.
With the trade deadline right around the corner, it will be interesting to see if any of these teams' needs change, but for right now, this is which players I could see teams targeting when the draft rolls around.
Edited to add in DeMarvin Leal, who I accidentally omitted.
It is hard to find much to be positive about following a 44-6 loss. However, it moves the Lions one step closer to landing an elite edge rusher in Kayvon Thibodeaux. The Oregon star has been incredibly disruptive this season, racking up sacks and tackles for loss while just generally wreaking havoc. He would immediately provide a boost to this overmatched Detroit defense. Dan Campbell will love his motor and his nose for the football.
Houston's secondary is a mess. The trio of Desmond King, Terrance Mitchell and Vernon Hargreaves do not inspire much confidence for the future, nor have they done much to deserve to stick on the roster past the 2021 season. Derek Stingley Jr. will have some questions to answer in the pre-draft process after missing much of this season due to injury. When healthy though, he is a sticky cover man with good physical traits and above average instincts. If he can return to the level he played at in 2019, when LSU won a national title, he will be a very good corner in the NFL.
Hello lovely Taskmaster-mad people! While watching this series, I was having fun creating a list of people whom I realistically think could be on the next series of Taskmaster.Obviously, Alex has the ability to get big stars of UK comedy on the show... e.g. Frank Skinner in Series 1, Alan Davies in Series 12, and plenty of others in between not to be forgotten. But there are certain comedy favourites that often come up in surveys like this one, that we'd LOVE to see. E.g. Richard Ayoade, Sandi Toksvig, David Mitchell, Jimmy Carr, that could maybe say yes. But they have busy schedules and they host their own shows/have massive careers, so might be less likely to be on Taskmaster anytime soon.
Who would you love to see on Taskmaster in future AND you think would actually say yes if Alex asked them?
Here's a waaay too long and, admittedly subjective, list of possible contestants that I thought of (in no order whatsoever). Thoughts and feelings Taskmaster Community? And, even better, additions, people I've left out?
EDIT (To include some further names and some of the awesome, and very possible, suggestions below, we'll have taskmaster line-ups ready to go up to Series 27 at this point, "Long May King Greg Reign!"):
This is part one of this list. This list is based off of accomplishments in the NBA (or ABA), not college or international leagues. Please let me know of any mistakes or if I missed something.

Seeing as he’s from Las Vegas, the home of twenty-four-hour gambling, retina-freezing neon, and spontaneous wedding ceremonies, The Killers’ Ronnie Vannucci has a penchant for doing things—to quote a famous Vegas crooner—his way. A natural drummer with a massive beat and a creative, chameleon-like tendency to create a new flow as the song dictates, Vannucci pulls out all the quirky stops for The Killers’ third release, Day And Age.
With sales of twelve million and climbing for their earlier albums, Hot Fuss and Sam’s Town, The Killers employed producer Stuart Price (Madonna, Missy Elliott, Gwen Stefani, Seal) to twist their already unpredictable pop style for Day And Age. Where previous Killers albums offered equal parts gritty urban beats, heraldic melodies, and chest-thumping Bruce Springsteen–style theatrics, Day And Age streamlines the band’s approach into something more groove-heavy and dance-oriented. But far from a click-track slave, Vannucci saw The Killers’ change in direction as a chance to experiment, and to expand his skill set as well as his cymbal set.
Vannucci plays 18" and 22" hi-hats on much of Day And Age. Even so, if he wasn’t happy with a particular hi-hat sound, he’d sing “chick chick chick” into a mic and add it to the mix. If he wanted a different drumset sound, he used a small “side kit” for a textural change of pace. And he was only getting started. For one song, Vannucci tracked nine snare drums for a massive rock ’n’ roll march. For another, he combined two drumset tracks into one, running snares in the middle of the mix, toms hard left and right, and the bass drum rumbling like a subsonic depth charge. Vannucci even sent all of his beautiful acoustic drum sounds through ancient Simmons SDS pads, and then tweaked the results beyond recognition for The Killers’ first single, “Human.”
Vannucci’s been a drummer since he was seven, playing in various bands around Las Vegas until, in his twenties, he landed a job working as a wedding photographer at the Chapel Of The Little Flowers. The job allowed him to pay the rent by day and gig by night. Shooting all those starry-eyed honeymooners drove him mad, though, and after seeing a Tom Waits gig in 2000, the drummer enrolled at the University Of Las Vegas as a double music major. Simultaneously, he and the rest of The Killers (Brandon Flowers, David Keuning, and Mark Stoermer) honed their songs and created a fresh pop sound that would result in their topping critics’ polls throughou

I used the top 969 players who have at least 10000 minutes played in their career.
Why 10000 minutes played? Because that's the lower standard set by Basketball-Reference to get on their ABA career leaderboard (15000 MP for NBA). I added George Mikan, because even though he hasn't played enough minutes, he's featured in All-Time ESPN NBARank and Bill Simmons Hall of Fame Pyramid.
I started off with the current 30 teams. To split up the Lakers and Clippers, I gave the Clippers their proposed Inglewood site.
As I looked at the map of player hometowns, I realized that there were:
Based off city population and arena size, I added 25 new teams.
I started off gathering hometowns due to this fantastic database by Reuben Fischer-Baum ([original article source here](https://deadspin.com/infographics-where-do-pro-basketball-players-come-from-5132615

Every year The Athletic releases a consensus big board (https://theathletic.com/2530534/2021/04/29/2021-nfl-draft-consensus-big-board-70-lists-one-ranking-of-the-top-300-prospects/ - requires a subscription) which attempts to create a consensus draft ranking by aggregating other draft boards. I decided to take this a step further and write a quick script to simulate what each team's draft would have looked like had they drafted the consensus best player available.
There are two columns: "Consensus BPA" which represents the overall best player available that could have been drafted at the given pick, and the "Consensus BPA (By position)" column which is the best player available at the given position that the team actually drafted. One thing that stood out to me is how absurdly close the Lions actual draft is to the positional BPA shown here.
Some things to note are that the board may have some oddities due to either players being drafted that were not ranked on the board, or positions being slightly different between the consensus board and where I pulled my data from. The displayed positions are pulled from the consensus big board, to help explain the naming here is an excerpt I grabbed from the article:
>A quick note on position designations: “WRS” refers to receivers that will primarily be tasked with slot play, “DL1T” refers to nose tackles, “DL3T” refers to defensive tackles with more pass-rush responsibility and “DL5T” refers to players that can either play 3-4 defensive end or could be either an edge rusher or interior pass rusher. This updated version of the list has also added “NCB” to stand for nickel corners who will primarily be expected to play in the slot. It wasn’t originally noted but, “RBC” stands for a change-of-pace running back — primarily pass catchers who aren’t expected to be lead backs.
This is by no means a perfect and I haven't gone through every team to confirm things so if you see any inconsistencies please let me know and I can try to fix it and rerun.
Pick # | Actual Pick | Consensus BPA | Consensus BPA (By position) |
