For context I'm a Refuse Driver (Garbage man) & today I was on food waste. After I'd tipped I was checking the wagon for any defects when I spotted a lone pea balanced on the lifts.
I said "hey look, an escaPEA"
No one near me but it didn't half make me laugh for a good hour or so!

I reluctantly put A Nightmare on Elm Street 4: The Dream Master on. From what I remembered the first time I watched it, it wasn’t a favorite of mine. Not as bad as Freddy’s Revenge or Dream Child, but not that great. I didn’t like that Kristen had been re-cast. That had tainted the movie. Not that Tuesday Knight was a bad choice, but I liked Patricia Arquette for the role. Now, it doesn’t bother me as bad. And after this watch I kinda like A Nightmare on Elm Street 4: The Dream Master just a little bit more.

PLOT
Life seems to be better for Kristen, Joey, and Kincaid after Dream Warriors. Kristen has a boyfriend and new friends. Then Kristen starts dreaming about Freddy again, this time they don’t succeed. This time thanks to Kincaids dog bringing Freddy back. This leads Kristen to “give” her powers to an unsuspecting Alice, who now can bring new victims into her dreams for Freddy. Is Alice strong enough to defeat Freddy?

Regarding the kills. The first that comes to mind is Joey’s waterbed death. It kind of reminds me of Glen’s (Johnny Depp) death. It’s not exactly it but he died in his bed so it felt like a call back. And it doesn’t surprise me he died because of his weakness for women. LOL Kristen’s death was kinda meh for me. It felt like it should have been a bit bigger. She was the last of the Elm Street kids, but instead of going out with a bang it was more like a whimper. Having said that, turning into a cockroach and then smooshed was pretty good. I would say the effects for this death were good too. Definitely the best kill of the movie. Then there’s the girl who died sucking face with Freddy.
As far as music, it definitely still has the 80’s vibe to it. The opening song for A Nightmare on Elm Street 4: The Dream Master is called “Nightmare” and it’s sung by Tuesday Knight. Included in the soundtrack is Go West, Divinyls, Billy Idol, and Sinead O’Connor. The Fat Boys made a song called “Are You Ready For Freddy?” that included Robert England rapping.
