I'm looking for some classic rock era stuff which kind of went under mass public radar (or maybe just under mine lol).
To be more specific, melancholic, rockin music with some memorable guitar wizardry & thoughtful lyrics. Can be sometimes proggy, funky, jazzy (without going fully into these genres) with a grasp of psychedelic feel (huge sounds - delays, choruses, wahwahs, reverbs, feedbacks - IYkwIm).
Most preferably artists or albums, but individual songs will be also welcome.

... keep reading on reddit ➡First concert I ever went to was a Robin Trower show in Baltimore, '07 or' 08 I believe at Ram's Head. Really kicked off my love of guitar, I ended up getting a guitar I made by hand (no kits) signed by the man himself and used it for my senior graduation project that year (I was 16).
I honestly love his stage presence, he looks his age but when he's playing you can't tell he's a year out of his 20s. The guy really brings a lot of passion to a stage and you can tell he has genuine fun doing what he does.
Sad that their original singer died so young (throat cancer I believe) but their new singer isn't half bad.
Bridge of Sighs - Robin Trower
I’m looking for more music similar to this, along the lines of Stevie Ray Vaughan, Fleetwood Mac, Peter Frampton. Putting together a playlist of classic rock tracks with chill vibes, something that sounds outstanding on a vintage hifi audio setup.
Just some zone out, good ole southern boy music with some electric guitar in minor similar to the Trower song. Any suggestions?
