Earlier this year, I made this post, where I translated a French-language video discussing the 1988 disappearance of Robert St-Louis.

A summary of his disappearance

On 14 June 1988, St-Louis mysteriously disappeared from his home in Laval, Quebec (very close to Montreal). He was a master furrier and owned his company "Robert St-Louis Furs Inc."("les fourrures Robert St-Louis inc") which he ran out of his basement. He spent the day at his daughter Nathalie's house; his behaviour was normal. At 10:30pm, Robert decided to go home. At 12:30 am, Robert's wife arrived at their home after spending her day babysitting and noticed that Robert was missing. She called Nathalie to speak to her husband, but Nathalie told her that Robert had already left 2 hours ago and that he should already be home, since the drive is only about 15 min. His neighbours witnessed his truck leaving his house at 12:15 am, but were unable to see if he was driving or if there was a passenger. It seems he did in fact return home, only to leave a short time later, without his wallet. The truck Robert was driving is still missing to this day: a beige company 1980 Jeep Cherokee Chief, registration F468857. Born 7 Feb 1946, St-Louis was 42 at the time of his disappearance.

3 months later, a teller at Laurentienne Bank, located in Chomedey, Laval, said she'd seen a client resembling Robert, on 8 November 1988, who wanted info on a personal loan; he never identified himself but she recognized his photo in the newspaper a few hours after the man came into the branch. Mysteriously, 9 years later, in 1997, a business card which was hand corrected by St-Louis himself was found in Nathalie's husband's workplace; it was near the bathroom sink in Dorval, Quebec, about a half hour drive from Laval. This card was never checked for prints or investigated further. My original post has links to maps, his car, and more details on what has and hasn't been searched. The video's source is stated to be Nathalie.

Additional information

This Journal de Quebec article states that St-Louis had not only left his wallet behind, but his house keys as well. Notably, it also says that his business was closed in 1987 and he faced a difficult period during the spring of 1988.

• Miguel Sapochnik (Battle of the Bastards, the Long Night) is supposedly the director of episodes 1, 6 and 7.
• Greg Yaitanes (Banshee, Lost) is supposedly the director of episodes 2, 3 and 10.

2. Daemon against city rebels

>The highlight of the scene was the role of Daemon Targaryen, played by Matt Smith. In this confrontation against the common people of the capital, he fought accompanying his golden cloaks against this mob of rebellious inhabitants of the city.

According @Los7Reinos, on the last day of shooting in Cáceres, scenes of Daemon and his Goldcloaks fighting rebels in the streets of King's Landing were shot. It was also commented that in the scene there were a lot of extras.

Residents of Monsanto shared some details about two important scenes that were recorded there:

• A wake of a Targaryen baby (Visenya)
• Rhaenyra's Coronation
• The baby was burned at the wake. There was a huge candlestick with very large candles on the spot.
• After the wake they recorded the scene of the coronation. Two knights arrived with the crown and everyone knelt - that was the last scene.

I don't want to step on anybody's toes here, but the amount of non-dad jokes here in this subreddit really annoys me. First of all, dad jokes CAN be NSFW, it clearly says so in the sub rules. Secondly, it doesn't automatically make it a dad joke if it's from a conversation between you and your child. Most importantly, the jokes that your CHILDREN tell YOU are not dad jokes. The point of a dad joke is that it's so cheesy only a dad who's trying to be funny would make such a joke. That's it. They are stupid plays on words, lame puns and so on. There has to be a clever pun or wordplay for it to be considered a dad joke.

Again, to all the fellow dads, I apologise if I'm sounding too harsh. But I just needed to get it off my chest.
