For the people by the people Bartley for Premier I see this as a major upgrade from our current one.
Ordered food from there Christmas EVE eve -it sucked.
dry, flavorless sauce on my pizza's and boneless bites. Fries sucked too.
Called to complain. Made sure I was polite.
Manager wouldn't even give a name, was extremely rude over the phone, implied that I was somehow lying about the quality of my received order because she "checked everything and it was up to standards"(so your standard is dry food..lol) and then hung up right in the middle of me talking- twice.
Real ballsy for someone who won't even identify themselves with a name.
Wrote a complaint to pizza hut customer service, have yet to hear back from them as I write this post. Funny enough my experience with this location lines up exactly with the google reviews- the bad food, the shitty staff...the one week to spend in store credit.
This location doesn't deserve your money or time.
If you are really aching for PH, call any other location and order directly from them, otherwise if you use their online ordering your order might come from this location and you will be severely disappointed.
I guess this is what happens when a good chunk of the eat out options in this city are chain restaurants, learned my lesson and will try to give business to a local option instead.
